Everything well prepare, early option creck, Very clean, big rooms, great for travel with children and grandparents.

Apartment 902 is very spacious and has a great view of the side of the mountain. Having the ski rental in the hotel and shuttle that takes you to and from the slopes is very comfortable. The pool is a great way to spend an afternoon.

Drinking water (excepting the tap water) from the hotel is very expensive. Bring water with you especially if you are going with kids. The restaurant menu options are very limited, but few as they are, they are good.

Place is refurbished since my last visit 3 years ago.

The apartment is very big, perfect for a group/family. View is amazing and breakfast delicious.

we had a very bad experience in the hotel from the moment we arrive till we left, i had a 2 bedroom suit apartment , Reception is not professional at all , what ever you ask they reply unprofessional, specially when you call over the phone to the reception they just want to close the phone and block the things in your face specially ANDREEA the reception she is SO UNPROFESSIONAL she dont know how to handle customer request and extremely rude, The utilities in the room are not working and damaged and left this way. And in the end when you complain they tell you that those are suit apartments and we dont take care much that is not reserved by us, what do i care for i am reserving in an hotel this is something internal it is not my issue, As for the food no variety on the buffet very poor, they say breakfast included and you pay for water and cappuccino how come?? In the end the level of the hotel doesn’t worth the stars given at all and i dont recommend it all for the experienced travelers looking for certain type of hotels with level.

at the begging it wasn’t clean. I solved this by calling the owner. Overall it was ok, but not really value for money!

The apartment

The facilities needs a big upgrade, swimming pool for kids is an outdoor pool, but inside in the place where a normal swimming pool should be, although for kids …is just for the ones who know how to swim because adults are not allowed in the kids swimming pool. Playground is in poor condition. Inside play area was dusty with dead insects.
