Location near nice restourants
No change of towels, no cleaning of the room, …

This was our second time staying at these apartments. The location is perfect and quiet and suits us well. Although we had a small terrace at the front of the apartment, this overlooked the walkway so not particularly private. So we used the the roof terrace mostly which allowed us to really relax. With easy walking to good restaurants we only used the car twice in our stay.
Having to come home! a week wasn't enough!

Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon und der großzügigen,mit guten Sonnenliegen ausgestatteten Dachterasse ist spektakulär.
Auch die Nähe zum Supermarkt, zu vielen guten Restaurants und zu anderen ruhigen Buchten ist sehr gut.
Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen, ein gut durchdachtes Gebäude, direkt am Meer.
Das Rauschen des Meeres muss man aber mögen.
Die Bettmatratzen sind sehr weich.
Der Hausverwalter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine fehlende Teekanne wurde postum geliefert.
Für die Abreise hat er uns ein Taxi organisiert.
Das zweite innenliegende Schlafzimmer ist nicht gut zu lüften. (Gerüche aus dem Innenhof)
Die Küche ist etwas abgenutzt und die Badezimmertür schließt nicht richtig.
Es soll aber bald renoviert werden…..

Maravillosa terraza desde donde veiamos la puesta de sol todas las tardes.
En un pueblecito fantastico, lleno dd encanto, donde se come de maravilla en casi todos los restaurantes( excepto Celso) y lleno de actividades de ocio

Hairdryer in ensuite dangerous the wires were exposed
We were short of towels as when we book a 2 bedroom apartment anywhere we have always had towels for 4 people

But a great apartment in a brilliant location
and a special thank you to Rita who was so nice and made us feel so welcome

This place was perfect for us, in this nice quiet little Spanish town Caleta. Nice to listen to the sea. The bed was fantastic and the shower was good.
Everything was perfect.
Seats in the chairs on the balcony would be nice.

The location was amazing. So close to the sea. I swam from the rocks nearly every day. Perfect little apartment

The location and the view from the apartment was stunning.
Comfortable beds.
Very quiet and peaceful.
The apartment has very poor lighting and reading required the torch from my phone.
Also the wifi only worked in the living room.
The TV was awful, very few channels and so we could not use it.

Amazing location right on the cliff near the beach. Ocean view apartment. Plenty of restaurants and dining options around.
Wifi connection was not stable, and some of the chairs were pretty old and wobbly.

compared with our previous trip, the apartment has become a bit jaded and worn- particularly the kitchen and bathroom- leather sofa fabric peeling away onto floor

Very clean & well maintained.
The WiFi signal didn’t reach as far as the apartment I stayed in (Apt 4). I had to downstairs to get any signal.

Great place, accommodation among locals, village atmosphere. It is not a unified soulless hotel. Breathtaking view from the balcony and terrace of the ocean, and waves. We couldn't get enough of it. Amiable owner Valentin, helpful Rita who helped us to solve some matters. We absolutely loved the place.
The air conditioning wasn´t working in the beginning, but it was fixed soon. I would appreciate a regular change of bedding and towels. We had to buy the toilet paper ourselves

Fantastic views everything you could need the roof terrace was great and good wifi the location ideal for us if you like seafood then the surounding area is just fantastic. Great to just walk a few hundred yards to great restaraunts and now there is a small spar supermarket on the road to the apartment, great comunication from the hosts and easy transfer provided by Darius even after we were delayed
Minor things only we dont like single beds pushed together but understand that differnt guests have differnt numbers etc also the handrail on the staircase could do to be looked at was very unsecure near the top
Lastly i have never used an induction hob so took me an age to work it out ao perhaps a little more info on how things work but as i mentioned minor things

Location was perfect. amazing view from the balcony.
No hot water at all for full stay. Apparently this is due to the solar panel system and during our stay is was cloudy most days. The water wasn’t even slightly warm it was cold and there were 8 of us trying to get washed with no hot water. We actually paid and went to a spa on the last day and enjoyed a hot shower there.

Location is excellent and close to restaurants and bars. Beautiful views and the sound of the sea. Couldn't hear much from other apartments. Very peaceful.

The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious , modern, clean with everything you needed. Bonus was the roof top terrace with views over the sea.

It is even better than in pictures! Small but it has everything you might need. Roof terrace is great also the balcony of the apartment with amazing view and sound of the waves.
There was nothing to dissapoint us.

Excellent view and good location
Nice to go for swim off the rocks in front of apartment. No Bakery nearby, used local spar for food which was not stocked well with fresh food for breakfast.
Local restaurants get fully booked - book in advance
Apartment 5 - one of toilets would not flush, reported but not fixed. Kitchen needs refreshing
Apartment 4 - air con noisey, no dishwasher Was one in other apartment.

Really good communication with, and support from, owner; booked transport to and from airport with Rita - no hassle at all. Really clean, comfortable and with an amazing view. Terrace upstairs for extra sunbathing time. Near great walks, shops, restaurants and taxi up the road if you want to venture further. Swimming right in front of apartment.
Looking to go back soon 😀
A few more kitchen utensils would be good but enough to cope with cooking ‘at home’.
