My second stay at Puerto Plaza and I love the boat concept. It has a very modern design, clean and fresh. We have everything close, on top of being a beach front property.

The jacuzzi in our apartment had a problem with the drain, but we forgot to report it.

Ontbijt wordt verzorgd in onderaanneming. Hartelijke bediening maar kwaliteit is matig. Lange wachttijd, beperkte kaart, niveau eten is gemiddeld.

Zoals gezegd is het ontbijt matig. Ligging van het hotel is goed, maar is gelegen in een uitgangsbuurt met heel veel muziek tot in de nacht.

The breakfast is very good (it is a restaurant with French dishes)

good location the staff was very kind and helpful parking was easy, every time there was an empty place the pool is really nice very big apartments well equipped clean breakfast is close to the room

the noise, we were there for 5 nights and there was no calm night from the 5. 2 nights we heard the neighbors in the middle of the night, who made strong noise 1 night the club next to the hotel had a very loud party till 3am 1 night a person cleaned or sprayed something with a very loud machine at 6am 1 night there was a loud group of the hotel guests and had party till 3-4am on the place of the breakfast no one could speak english, they marked they have english menu with QR code, there wasn't, the waitresses were not kind, there was no smile and they didn't try to communicate and help for us. they didn't understand the word "pay" "milk" etc.

I recommend the Puerto Plaza hotel which has an incredible concept and is in a great location. There are lots of shops, laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and a disco nearby hotel. Very comfortable rooms, where nothing is missing and there are very clean. I really enjoyed serving breakfast which was fresh and tasty. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Everybody's are ready to help. The receptionist Alex is very polite and can solve any problem in such a way that the stay at the hotel is very pleasant :)

The location is fantastic. There is a lot of comfort in having your own little apartment. The bed was big and comfy. Staff is super sweet. A lot of parking.

Breakfast was great but a little limited. WiFi was spotty.

Great hotel, exactly like a cruise ship, excellent with kids. Super big bed! Nice breakfast.

Bath outside was a bit dirty.

modern & spacious rooms with a well-equipped kitchen. there is a nice little pool and a pool bar- perfect for relaxing. A bizarre concept with the ship-shaped hotel, but very comfortable and quite stylish.

We stayed on Fri and Sat and couldn’t sleep well due to the noise from nearby bars. Breakfast wasn’t great and lacked options/flexibility. A bit pricey overall, but comfortable and good location.

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Safe area and has many beach location options. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most definitely recommend this hotel to others. Free breakfast too!
