Muy buena comunicación con Marialy antes de la llegada, informándonos de cómo llegar y qué hacer para acceder a la habitación. Siempre predispuesta a ayudar. La habitación muy coqueta y limpia. Perfecta para 2 personas que estén con poco equipaje;, cómoda y agradable. El baño genial y una terracita interior. La calle donde está situado es muy tranquila y silenciosa. El desayuno bueno y abundante. Queques caseros riquísimos, cafecito ( tenían bebida de avena, sin lactosa...), fruta, tostadas, nos hicieron unos huevos revueltos....💜💜💜. La verdad, para estancias cortas repetiré segurísimo.

The breakfast, really helpful and kind staff, the location, the room design, modern check-in/key process.

Parking is an extra cost. Room 2 noise cancellation doesn't exist. Loud noise from water pipes (toilet, sink, shower, everything!!!), 'amplified' sound from the neighbors, even the whispering + from the kitchen and the stairs. So you can sleep once everyone else is already sleeping and will wake up with the first guest in the house. That was really annoying. 😞 Maybe other rooms are better.

Das Hotel ist eine sehr komplette Bed and Breakfast Unterkunft mit einem sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Service. Die Kommunikation war in jedem Moment vorhanden und alle möglichen Sonderwünsche wurden freundlich erfüllt. Ein familiärer Ort, in dem man sich wohlfühlt. Liebevoll zubereitetes und sehr leckeres Frühstück

Leider sind nicht alle Gäste respektvoll und wenn eine reisende spanische Frauengruppe nachts um halb 3 meint schreien und feiern zu müssen, sind die Wände leider etwas hellhörig.

Having had our passports stolen in the south of the island, we had to go to the consulate in Santa Cruz to collect our new ones. This was a perfect location for us to stop overnight and was easy to book. The owners are a lovely family and were so helpful and understanding. I was unable to check in online, having no documentation, but they were happy to do it for me with the details I did have via WhatsApp. They were so kind and really flexible given our predicament of not knowing whether we would be able to check out the following day, so they held our room for the following night at no charge. The location is perfect for exploring the city and is only a short walk to the shops, sea front and marina area. The rooms are modern fresh and well maintained. This is a perfect stop over for Santa Cruz! Thank you so much!

Está muy bien ubicado, a un paso del centro de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. La habitación estaba muy limpia. Muy buen detalle el hecho de que den una llave para que no tengas que estar metiendo el código en las puertas de entrada cada vez que entras o sales. Estos detalles se agradecen. Los bizcochos caseros del desayuno estaban muy buenos.

Zona con complicado aparcamiento si vas en coche. A veces se escuchan demasiados ruidos en la calle, pero entiendo que eso no es culpa del alojamiento. La zona de desayuno es bastante pequeña, quizás sería más cómodo dar un desayuno cerrado (o varias opciones entre las cuales poder elegir), en lugar de que estemos todos por la cocina, donde al final da sensación de que estemos estorbando mientras te preparan el café/zumo o lo que sea.

Nos gustó su ubicación en el corazón de la capital, cerca de transporte público y zona comercial. Personal amable y cama muy cómoda 😊

Lo que no nos gustó fue la ausencia de insonorización de las habitaciones. Escuchábamos las conversaciones y ruidos que hacían otros huéspedes, por lo que resultaba difícil encontrar intimidad.

La ubicación y la posibilidad de utilizar la cocina. la habitación es amplia y el baño también. Tiene gel champú y jabón de manos. El desayuno es casero, además había bizcochos sin lactosa, bebida vegetal y opciones sin gluten.

Very cozy rooms with comfortable beds. You can get in and out whenever you feel like with a small chip or a pin. The location is ideal to walk around the city.

Of course the central location means that if you have a car parking is a bit difficult to find (as in every city). I noticed the rooms are not soundproof at all, it didn't bother us but somebody might mind that.

Milena and her mom are really helpful and attentive with whatever you need. The room was really clean and comfortable and you are only 15 minuteswwalk maximum from everything. Totally recommend it and would definitely visit again 🤍

Welcoming host and cosy atmosphere. Room was clean and well equipped, bed was comfortable. The location is great. Breakfast was good, with tasty homemade cakes.

I wish we could have stayed longer :) The hotel is very nice, not large, modern - a short walk from the city centre. The room was bright and nicely decorated, there was a really comfortable bed, shelves/hangers, small balcony and a huge bathroom. Breakfast was superb - home-made cakes, freshly made orange juice and many other things to pick from. The communication with the owner was good - we received a code for the gate/room in advance, and they let us store our luggage in the hotel earlier than check-in time. Everyone from the staff we met was very friendly. If we are ever in Santa Cruz again we will definitely make another booking here.

I WOULD GIVE 1 POINT,but the owner was supernice. She deserves the 10 points,because she is super nice,and kind. She messaged us all the time,she helped us. There is cute little kitchen,and a mini balcony what you can use.

So if you are looking for privacy or a calm room,this is definetly NOT YOUR place!!! The walls are so thins,like you can hear what the neighbour doing in the bathroom,it is not a joke!! I couldn't sleep there because the snoring from the next room was so loud. It was really crazy. I could hear what they were talking about... This place is a HOSTEL not a hotel! Honestly,I didn't read all of the reviews before I booked the room...now I learned my lesson. Think twice before you book here. Btw if the owner can makes the walls soundproof it can be a really nice hostel.

It has the best location imaginable, being close to the metro station Wyler, it was clean and the staff was nice. At the same time, I stayed on the top floor which is difficult to reach with heavy baggage. While inside the room was fairly nice, it felt shaky and reminded me of a refurbished container. This feeling was enhanced by having to climb makeshift stairs. Also it was a bit noisy outside, and I couldn't turn on the TV or call somebody because probably other residents would have complained.

The location was good, very clean accommodation, breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

The room had no window, just a skylight and glass roof so was stuffy and let in light and no view at all. The walls were so thin you could hear neighbours coughing and talking in their rooms. The noise was unavoidable and extreme from other guests.

The location of the place is absolutely perfect. A step away from the busy centre. The staff was very friendly!

It could get a bit noisy in the evening, due to the rolling windows. If you are a light sleeper without earplugs it could be bothersome

Host is very nice and the hotel is very central.
