Location was great. 10 minute walk from the main train station of Sorrento and 5 minutes from the heart of the town. Facilities were great and Luciana went above and beyond to help us plan other parts of our trip including booking a boat tour for us. loved staying here

The location is fantastic, size of the apartment is great.

I am so disappointed with my stay here. We spent A LOT on this accomodation and the value for money was just ridiculous. The title of this accomodation literally says apartment and pool but when we arrived the pool was empty. After I queried this with booking.com I was told it was in the fine print of my booking somewhere which I find really deceiving and unfair to guests. I would highly recommend the property changing it’s accomodation title as it’s unfair to guests!! We also had Zero amenities for the apartment - no basics like sugar, tea or coffee. Which I would expect in this apartment given the price we paid. The bed was also very uncomfortable. All in all it is a real shame this property has these downfalls because the location was great, but unfortunately I won’t be going back.

very good location in Sorrento, close both to train station and to the city center. nice apartment and a nice pool area. the girl who met us was nice and informed us about the necessary to know. clean and tidy apartment.

if I have to say something it’s the small kitchenette. it has the most necessary functions but not more. I wouldn’t cook anything more than breakfast and a simple lunch. on the other hand there are great restaurants nearby.

The location was very good and only a short walk from the centre. Luciana was very helpful in accommodating any requests. The size of the apartment was good and it was also very clean. The balcony was nice and provided good views across Sorrento.

The only negative was that the sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable

Noisy! Going out on the balcony will make your ears bleed from 8am to 2am. It's located next to where abt 150 motorbikes park & the tourist bus drop off/pick up. Althought advertised & very hot in Sorrento, the pool was closed. Other apartments have their pools operating. Very poorly equipped. No basics like sugar/salt, not even a bottle opener (I had to go to a neighbour who said I wasn't the first), no t-towels to wipe dishes. No garbage bags to replace the one in the bin. The cheapest, meanest toilet paper. I've stayed at 10 apartments while in Italy & this is the only one isn't equip for short-term stayers. Bed so hard & uncomfortable. Was told 3 times check out was 10am. At 9.50 I got a message from her asking if I'd left. I promptly ignored her because I'd left long before. She should not do that. I read the reviews before booking & they definitely weren't for this particular apartment, perhaps another in the complex! I would not recommend it to anyone. Let's see whether this is posted to warn other people.

the apartment was in a fabulous location it was close to the train station and a 2 minute walk from the centre of sorrento, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony had a lovely view and we will definitely be staying here next time we visit sorrento. thanks Luciana!
