This is good sized property for a family or a get together with friends. Everything was well-stocked as far as towels, cooking utensils, pots, pans. Beautiful view in a great location for us. Amit was very responsive and went above and beyond to meet our requests. I do this yearly trip, and will definitely look this property up when it comes time for next year’s adventure.

We have been frequenting the Shores Club for 15 years, staying in new units every time, and have never encountered the amount of issues we experienced during our stay in your unit. Nicely put, your unit requires some major TLC. The ceilings are chipping; paint is missing around the refrigerator and near the top of the sliding deck doors. There is no ice machine in the freezer - just a few broken ice trays. There is no filtered water in the fridge or Brita-like device to filter drinking water from the tap. There is just one smart TV- in the guest bedroom. These issues could've been overlooked had the following not also occurred: The floors under the beds and living room furniture were filthy - appearing to have not been swept in weeks, much less in the hours leading up to our arrival. The cabinets in the kitchen were caked in dust, sand, and grease. The door to the dryer was broken; the handle inside the master bath is broken; the guest bathroom faucet literally broke off in our hands within minutes of arriving. The outlets in the master bath do not work. The toilets do not flush well; the bathroom sinks do not drain and become caked in filthy water after a day's worth of typical use; the master tub does not plug to hold water for a bath - causing an issue for us with two small children aged 5 and under who only take baths. We arrived at the unit at 4 p.m. Saturday, by 4:25 p.m. I had texted Amit to communicate the issues with the bathroom sink handle. Amit responded promptly and visited the unit Sunday evening to check on the sink and to address additional issues with the master bath not plugging and the master bath outlets not working - both issues were not resolved during our trip. We will not stay in your unit again and we would not recommend others stay before the above issues are resolved.

The condo and beach view were beautiful. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation!

Loved the room and the owner was great

Amit was a great host. Everything that was pictured and described was completely accurate. The kitchen was well equipped and had Everything we needed. All the beds are comfortable. The view is fantastic. It also was great to have garage parking. I would stay here again.

Nice quiet end of the strip, but close enough to town and resturants, things to do . Nice quiet beach and a short walk to a busy beach if you want.

Beautiful views! Condo was very spacious. Clean quiet. Had everything we needed. Communications with Amit were quick and answered any question. Bonus! The boards and chairs in the laundry closet. Having a washer and dryer was a plus too. We would rent again. Thank you.

Great location, beautiful property. The maintenance crew there was such hard working and make the place so nice and clean. The room was perfect, comfortable beds and furniture. All immunities were included which was very much appreciated. Thank you Amit so much!

The views are fantastic! Our stay went well! The master bed mattress and seating in the main room are a little aged and could stand to be replaced for the price paid for the week, but they were manageable. Overall was clean, had everything needed in the kitchen as well. The condo complex was clean, peaceful, and not crowded until check out day but it wasn’t a huge issue. The pool was a little too cool in the mid-late afternoon on due to the sun going behind the building, wish it would have been warmer in it so we could have swam after dinner since the beach was dark (fall time, so it was beginning to get dark sooner). I would recommend this condo and the owner was very informative and responsive!

Presented exactly as depicted in the VRBO Listing...No drive beach is a plus.. plenty of kitchen utensils...quiet...nice balcony on ocean front...smaller sized guest bathroom, but fully funtional. Lots of hot water and AC comfort... Condo Bldg Mgmt very friendly... Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo has a pool and fabulous private beach access that we enjoyed every day! The condo location was perfect for grocery shopping and restaurants too! We did a lot of relaxing and hanging out which we needed. Owner responses excellent too! Some of the condo floors didn’t look clean when we arrived and some of the furniture looks a little used but that would be my only complaint.

Lovely condo located on the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the big living room window and balcony. Condo was fully furnished with everything we needed. Owner made our stay wonderful

From setting up the rental to communication after we left was very professional. Amit was a wonderful host. He was very attentive. The condo was just the right size and the views were spectacular. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. Will definitely come back again Thank you Amit and your personal daughter.

Enjoyed my stay in Daytona with my family! The condo was great! The only downside was the TV in the 2nd bedroom. But the place was very clean and had an awesome view!!! Mr. Patel was an excellent host!

From start to finish everything was amazing! We had trouble with the garage remote and Amit resolved our issue immediately. Beautiful property with everything we needed!!

Everything was as expected, and renter was very responsive to the one minor issue we had. He solved our problem in seconds.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. Beautiful views of the Atlantic and all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay again.

Clean maintained Condo

We had a really nice time at Amit’s condo. Upon arriving, we received a phone call from Amit that the air conditioning had gone out, but he had called someone that was supposed to be there the same day to fix it. Thankfully it wasn’t too warm when we arrived and we had the air conditioning working within a few hours. He was great at communicating and even checked in to make sure our stay was going well. The property was pretty clean, but we did find a few things that we wished would have been cleaner (hair in the shower drain, some of the dishes had food residue on them still, dust along the window ledges and along the baseboards), especially since we had our 13 month old son with us and he was all over the floors on his hands and knees. But there were cleaning supplies in the condo that we utilized. A huge bonus was the closet full of beach supplies - sand toys, floaties, boogie boards and beach chairs! Everything we needed to cook complete meals were provided and made for a nice, convenient week stay. We enjoyed our time and would definitely rent from Amit again.

Property was perfect for our mother/daughter x2 Spring Break. Easy parking and amenities were great. Not a ton of restaurants and bars within walking distance but that's fine because it was a much nicer area to be in. Beautiful beaches! Amit was so responsive and accommodating.

The location of this unit was perfect for us! Close to everything we enjoy visiting in the Daytona Beach Shores area as well as Ponce Inlet. The unit was clean with plenty of amenities provided and some. Very spacious with plenty of room for my wife and I along with our 3 kids. The only thing we missed was a hot tub outside which is definitely not a dealbreaker. The balcony offers great views of the ocean and sunrises and kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with all you need. We will be back to this place!

This place was perfect, right on the beach, clean, friendly, you can only get in the building and the pool area by code only. Our room had everything you would ever need. We will be staying here again.

This was a nice condo overall. Pictures on Vrbo need updated, the walls have been painted grey and decor is different. Location was beautiful and not crowded. View was amazing! We had a few issues that I plan to send to property owner but nothing bad enough to put in a review. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and convenient.

This is a fantastic condo for a family vacation. Everything we needed and more was at our fingertips. The beds were extremely comfortable and the updated features of the condo gave a relaxing sense of being at home. We would definitely stay here again.
