Loved this place! It's very well built and feels new with quality fittings. It was very hot (37C) during our stay and fortunately, the air conditioners kept it cool - a nice oasis to return to after the heat of the city. The hosts sent us a code for the front door and bedroom door - which all worked very well. The laundry room in the basement was useful; a nice touch was having laundry detergent available.

A bedroom air conditioner made strange noises when we put it on at night - we turned it off and opened the bedroom door to allow cool air to enter from the living area so it wasn't such a big deal. The TV didn't quite work - it seems like the signal strength wasn't strong enough. Not such a big deal for us.

Central location. Very quiet, very clean and secure. Neutral white furnishings. Small kitchen area to prepare breakfast and sandwiches. Friendly ladies on reception and very helpful. Great aircon!

Pillows were a bit flat and only one pillow each.

The Aircon is a bit noisy when turned down to the lowest temperature- which we had to do given the current heat wave. Bothered me as I am a light sleeper, but everyone else in the family was fine. So shouldn’t be an issue for most travellers.

Perfect location - few minutes walk from city center, stylish apartament and wonderful hosts!

We stayed for 5 days with my family in Nabuko apartment - very quite one. The location is perfect - all the attractions are in a walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and cafe bars nearby, also shops. The ladies at the reception Letizia and Fransesca were very kind, smiling and helpful. The main train station is a little bit far, however the bus stop was nearby and it takes 15 minutes to reach it. Excellent facility for a family stay.

The only improvement I can recommend is to replace the sofa bed with a more comfortable one.

It was absolutely beautiful. I loved the patio surround by flora. The location was very close to the Piazza Maggiore and it was not difficult to find public transportation or to walk

The apartment was very clean and very nice and exactly like in the pictures, it had all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect, very central. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stations close by. Also, more importantly the communication is excellent, very quick responses and everyone is very nice, friendly and understanding.

Very central to the main sights. We walked everywhere. A nice vegan breakfast place was just next door. There is a small kitchenette in the room but our stay was two nights so not really used. Our window was on the main road and a bit noisy at night with the window tilted but not too bad. Very nicely decorated room, modern with high ceilings creating space, clean and easy access. The gated parking was also safe and behind the building. We found it perfect for our stay.

nothing really… the place is brilliant. Be careful though, I didn’t read the small print re parking… my fault, then we didn’t realise you get fined for driving around the area as it’s a restricted area and we literally drove round and round in circles trying to find parking… still don’t know what the fine will be so a bit of a dark cloud over the rest of our holiday unfortunately…

Clean apartment, well equipped, good size, nice bathroom. Good wifi.

Apartment is advertised as one bedroom apartment. However, it is a studio meaning there is no privacy with the sofa bed for the kids. Apartment was looking in a parking lot and is quite dark. There is a club attached to the building and there is very loud music every evening. The building is in the historic centre of the city, which means that no vehicles are allowed unless the hotel registers your car plate number. In theory, you can park it in the street or in the parking of the hotel. It costs 25 euro per day! They only accepted to register our car if we booked the parking with them. The parking of the horel was full so we had to park in a nearby building. The spot allocated to us was taken. It was a mess. There was nobody in the reception during our entire stay.

They thought of everthing inside the apartment! you will not need to call the anyone from the toilet paper, towels, shampoo, soap, slippers, trash bag. Laundry room available! 2 different small grocery stores around. Great, Great Location! Apartment is facing the street and was quiet. Parking available, next building.

Elevator was not working for 1 day, the next day we told them and staff was receptive and called someone right away! Shower was a bit small - if you are a big person or claustraphobic, make sure to ask for a different room. None were issues for us because the apartment exceeded expectation, hence the high review! Thank you! we will be back!
