The contactless check-in worked like a charm. The private roof terrace has indeed great views and is a lovely addition to the apartment.

We had no one to contact, we are not living in Spain so we couldn't make a call or send an sms because it costs extra money. The apartment is not in the central area but the public transportation is pretty good

There were 2 single beds instead of one couple bad. The door was a little hard to open and the vitrine lock was broken so everyone who wanted could sneak in.

We liked location, big terrace at the rooftop, very clean room, all necessary things like microwave, TV etc.

I booked an apartment with two single beds. When we arrived there was a double bed. I wrote a message at booking.com to a property if it is possible to change beds or at least give us one extra blanket and I did not receive any reaction. I sent also a text message a day after with no reaction again. It was very uncomfortable to sleep with my friend on a small double bed. We chose this apartment also because of single beds and the result was very bad. I would not be to critical if people from reception at least answered my question, but they totally ignored us.

The location was easy to access by public transportation. Very quiet area. The apartment had an amazing view to the ocean and you can enjoy it from your bed too. The communication was very easy with Laura and Lorena. They provided all the necessary information. Easy to get in with the lock boxes. We had a perfect stay and would recommend it! We'll defenitely come back soon!

Good location near lovely park, food stores and bus stop.

Everything very pleasant. My wife uses a wheel chair but can walk a little. Just to warn other travellers in a similar situation, that there are a few steps to the front door of the building. Once inside there is a lift and the apartment is well laid out.

spaceous and bright apartments, good location, next to park. Overall, apartment was nice and clean, nothing negative. Next to apartment is lots of restaurants and shops.

Toilet paper in bathroom would be nice :)

Very nice stay in a lovely flat in a great location. Just a few steps away from the best park of Santa Cruz and the city centre. The flat allows to stay for a week or longer because, although small, has all essential facilities, such as washing machine and a small kitchenette.

The kitchen has only a small electric stove with one pit. Cooking goes a bit slowly.

The terrace and views, comfy bed, nice natural light in the morning.

We were only offered 2 coffee pods for 2 people with a 3 night stay (no tea either). There is an ant issue so do not leave any crumbs or food on the benches. The open shower in the bedroom took a little getting used to but at least the toilet had a wall!

Great location, wonderful view from the balcony! The apartament has everything you need, I highly recommend it!

The apartment was very modern looking, in a neighborhood full of buildings with nice architecture and wealth vibes. We didn't have the chance to meet the hostess, but after our request, she provided to us also some detergent to wash our clothes. In general the apartment was very clean and including all the necessary stuff in the kitchen to cook our own food. There was also access to some shared terrace, but we didn't have the time to go and chill there.

The description of the room mentioned a queen bed, but it was actually two single beds attached to each other. Also, the bathroom had some consistent bad smell, probably from humidity or something like that. Both these things were minor and in general we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would totally recommend it.

It was very clean and spacious. Well equipped kithen. Comfy bed. The rooftop terrace was amazing. Good location.

It was a little bit hard to understand how to get into the flat.

The cooking facilities were so bad we couldn’t even make breakfast. There was no electric kettle, no toaster and no oven and no grill. The “hob” was an electric plug in with only one ring. As the kettle provided was not electric, water had to be boiled over the one ring. The toilet was in a cupboard. The shower and sink wee in the bedroom which afforded no privacy. The floor was what looked like painted concrete. The balcony was too small to sit out on. The property was situated on a busy road. The road was a hill so cars day and night would rev their car engines to get up the hill so it was impossible to sleep. The outlook was onto the mouth of a public car park. The location was one mile uphill from the centre of Santa Cruz. After the first night of our 3 night booking we decided to leave. The description of the apartment on booking.com did not meet the facilities on offer. We took a screen shot for proof. They agreed to give us a refund for the next 2 nights but we have never received the refund and they are ignoring our correspondence. We asked booking.com to assist in resolving the refund and booking.com simply said there was nothing they could do.

Lack of a proper oven (small microwave could be used as an oven). Car parking is difficult to find so may be better to book the car park.

I was particularly excited about the location. i was choosing between an apartment in the city centre and This one, and was glad that I picked Canary Lofts. Its very near the centre but on the top of that Its situated by a beautiful park Garcia Sanabria, which is far more beautiful then a paid botanical garden Palmetum. I spent there lots of Time reading, drinking coffee (there is a Cafe as well as a wine bar) or just going through on my every way out. Its truly an oasis and food for Soul. As for the apartment itself, i loved the private terrace and the view

I intentionally picked an apartment with the Kitchen to be able to cook myself. I was disappointed there were not the basic ingrediences such as salt, Sugar or oil. Does every guest have to buy a one kilo pack of salt and a litre of oil to make a couple of meals? There are wine glasses, no bottle opener though.

Very clean. Great location. Great communication with staff. Lots of room.
