Excellent location and good value.

The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed, a couple of desks and some arm chairs. There was a balcony with a couple of chairs and a small table. The balcony had screened doors so it could be left open without bugs coming in. The bathroom was large with a separate tub and shower. Everything was clean. We would stay here again.

The water in the shower fluctuated between very hot and cold.

The pool / gym was undergoing refurbishment and the pool in particular was not useable. They were cleaning it and tiling while we were there, and no pool towels were provided anyway. This is annoying - if you advertise a facility exists then you have to provide it

I really like the hotel staffs, they are quite nice and polite. I forgot my wallet at the restaurant, and one staff kept it for me, nothing lost.

The location is great. Honestly it’s hard to think of a better location in Vientiane. staff were very nice and helpful.

The shower in the bathroom was leaking but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.

A perfectly fine hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly, ideally situated for exploring Vientiane on foot. We asked to change rooms on arrival (no view), this was done instantly without question. Breakfast was good (sufficiently Western), I remember enjoying the coffee! There is a swimming pool, we didn’t use.

All was good.
