The male receptionist is not fit for that customer service job. He was more interested in chatting on his mobile phone. Hardly speak English too.

The only plus is it is near to pandi kovil.

1. The room was un-clean. 2.Bedsheets were very dirty. When asked to change the sheets, the reception staffs behaviour was very bad. 3. We went as a couple for temple visit, but the receptionist was asking unwanted questions like what was our purpose of visit. (L.o.L madurai is were my kula deivam is.. so, what can be the purpose?). 4. Every time we walked in and out of the hotel, receptionist saw us with a judgemental looks! 5. When we asked to switch rooms as soon as we got bathroom smell within 10mins after boarding into our first room receptionist was so rude.. 6. Last year 2021 we stayed in the same hotel and it was really good.. that is why we booked again.. but totally disappointed this time!

Staffs not at friendly , they just don't want to help

There was a hole in the first floor in top of the kitchen.young boy fallen in to the hole and fell to the ground floor. The hotel never cared about safety after that aslo and never asked how is the health. For god's sake he is alive now.
