The room was advertised for 18 beds but instead I counted 21 beds. Fraud advertising. Smelly and noisy property throughout the night. Toilets are old and generally dirty. Rooms are difficult to breath in and dark. The beds mattresses were dirty and they were extremely uncomfortable. Really uncomfortable. I had about 3 hours of sleep in between all the noises. Terrible. Not enough lights. Very unpleasant. Hosting staff not very polite. Kitchen extractor fan was not working and entire house always smelt of food. In general property was very dirty and untidy Location is terrible, close to train line and extremely noisy. Definitely do not recommend. Only use if you can't find many other options. Not many spaces to work privately on computer. Overall not worth the money.

Easy parking

Terrible cleaning with hairs of other people everywhere, shower super dirty and barely working with the hot water not running only dripping. The room is like a "beds bunker" they even put beds in the balcony 🤦🏻‍♀️ Super lough at night plus the train noise. No towels available at the room ir soap plus someone entry during the evening in our room from the staff without explanation. ( I book a private room for only two not the share ones).Super weird and costly experience for the offer...

The bed and sheets were clean. The price was cheap.

The location is next to the train path and too much noise every 10 minutes. The shared room was so crowded 21 bed in one place! Also none of the staff can NOT speak English, all Portuguese and you might have a problem. One point you can't pay in cash and you should reserve it online by credit card before. Not good qt all.

Dormitorio style. Ratio of bed versus number of bathroom??? Only two bathroom for sth like 25 beds...underground...is it normal? The downstairs bathroom was clean but falling appart like. Volunteers take care of check in, but it's always different people, you don't know who works there or not and they all speak different languages but not much english. They don't give you a tour of the place or facilities. You don't get a key. I was send out before the end of my booking (wensday instead of saturday) it was not very clear why. 2 people came downstairs in the dormitorio and ask me when I was leaving while I was reorganizing my luggage and sat on my bead. I never went in a dormitorio before. But I think check in or out should talks should not happen when you are in your sleeping space. I should not have to say why I am there if I paid one week already. I didn't felt comfortable so I left. They ask me for 2 eur coins for tax/day. I gave it the two first days but then I didn't have the amount with coins or cash. In my opinion it would have been easier to pay online the tax they say before. There was a problem as well at the station because it was very difficult to buy a ticket to go to lisbon. cards were not accepted and it was not possible to get or exchange money for coins nearby. It was stressfull. I think you shoul check the place before put it in your booking reference. It was not possible to find another place to sleep because it was too late and the price range where too high for my budget.
