A beautiful house in a beautiful location. The Villa's decoration is very tasteful. The view is amazing and we enjoyed having almost no neighbors. There are sandy beaches nearby and the restaurants and super market are just a couple of hundred meters away.

Location:10min walk from Panormos fishing village restaurants etc. Private pool and garden area. We booked before deciding to drive, says no parking but there is perfect safe parking beside the villa.

Let down by some basics. Clearly an issue with ants but no preventative measures taken. No basic cleaning products so had to purchase. Cooker not cleaned, casserole dish broken, kettle broken (wouldn't switch off), iron broken so issue on the day of a wedding. Could have been checked before but!!!

The Villa was beautiful and very spacious with a lovely garden and pool in a fabulous position with lovely views and amenities close by Panormos is a lovely little town to stay in and there is plenty to do and see in the area the pool man was lovely aswell without being intrusive and came every day so the pool was always lovely and clean.

Communication with Agni Travel was poor which was frustrating when the dishwasher didn't work i felt a little annoyed that I had to keep ringing, emailing and chasing them up meaning we were without it for the first half of our holiday. I was very impressed when the Owner himself arrived and replaced light bulb straight away and tried to get to the bottom of the issues.

The villa was very spacious and we loved having our own pool which was an ample size for 3 of us. The garden area was very well maintained. The location is quiet with a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and the village (Panormo is a small village but has quite a few good bars and restaurants). A car is not required. The views from the villa are great. The company itself were responsive for example when the water went off, somebody came to fix this within 30 minutes.

We didn't get a welcome pack (it was the only place we stayed during our holiday where this was the case) and I am sure we were supposed to. There was not even a bottle of water which would have been appreciated as we travelled by bus from Chania and ended up walking with cases to the villa. The furniture was a bit sparse in the living area, the fixed sofa is not very comfy - there was barely enough space for the 3 of us to sit and it is a 6 person villa. The kitchen could have been cleaner, the utensils needed washing and the cooker and hood were greasy. We did mention this to the company and a cleaner came the next day. But it isn't the point really. The dishwasher did not work. The kitchen was not very well equipped. Also not enough pillows- only 1 each!
