Staff courtesy, restaurant, cleaning, breakfast, SPA staff very professional and helpful. Souranded by shops and restaurants, great location.
Suite and restaurant are outside the main building. TV was not working well. One morning the cleaning did not happen.SPA is quite little, only jacuzzi no swimming pool.

A beautiful little hotel in a little picturesque town. The staff was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious and the spa was great!

Everything is excellent. The only problem is that it is very noisy outside. So in the night you should keep windows closed.

Staff really are excellent, whomever is in charge of recruitment has done a great job - interior of hotel is beautiful, spa is lovely.
No air con in room and couldn't open the windows as noisy outside.

Beautiful hotel in a nice location.
All the staff was extremely helpful, very well trained.
The masseuse is excellent.
I have a bad back and the bed was too hard. I was given a "surmatelas" but it was not thick enough.

It was ridiculous nobody from Hotel contact me and tell me that the road is closed to the valley,
I was driving 4 1/2 hours. To see that the end of the road for 5 km is closed. I have no other possibility and drive another five hours back home, It was my worst experience in Limone P Monte

Location good and on demand ski shuttle.
Breakfasts were good and the breakfast manager Raphael was charming with excellent customer service - an asset to the hotel. On his day off the service was chaotic.
The room was dark and the lighting terrible. In addition I reserved a room with a bath and there wasn’t one, the bathroom was tiny

This is what a hotel should be. The best of the best! Great service, great location, the staff is very helpful. Very warm atmosphere. Delicious breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our suite was exquisite with a beautiful view off of the terrace.
The thermostat in the room was extremely difficult to operate, and at times the room was very hot.

Quaint beautiful town in mountainous scenery. Beautiful and convenient hotel. Could have used air conditioning in August, but they gave us a fan and it usually wouldn’t be an issue.
