Zu aller erst , die kleine Villa ist einfach herrlich und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen , sie liegt etwas versteckt ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Man ist man anfangs etwas überrascht , weil die Umgebung noch nicht touristisch „geglättet“ ist , es sieht bisweilen noch etwas improvisiert aus , aber man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl, auch weil Freundlichkeit von Kim , der Chefin des Hauses , die uns viele wertvolle Infos gab, einfach sehr wohltuend ist . Wir hatten dort die schönsten Tage auf unserer Rundreise durch Vietnam . Unbedingt empfehlenswert Phuongs Beach Restaurant , wir haben jeden Morgen dort herrlich gefrühstückt, die besonders freundliche Chefin wartete zum Frühstück zusätzlich immer mit frischem Obst gratis auf, am Strand warteten dann schon die liegen auf uns , die Uhr hatte schon für uns präpariert , dazu und ein köstlicher mixt fruit Shake👌😊

great location, at the end of the strip so just far enough away but still just minutes walk to everything. rooms are big and its nice and quiet. Kim was a great hostess, she was warm & welcoming and helped out alot. Breakfast is simple, good for days when you dont want much, if you want something more elaborate you can pop out to another cafe. very clean.

Lovely staff, clean huge room, cute nice pool. Quiet and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was enormous.

The location was at the dirtier end of the beach. The beach was a bit littered and not as nice as 200 meters up near the resorts. 5-10 walk to the bars and nicer part of town

Best place direct at the quite end of beautiful An Bang Beach, very kind host Khim with amazing team, pool & very good breakfast, just 50 m to the great beach, local good restaurants nearby and 8 minutes with taxi to hoi an old town, we love An Bang Coco Villas, now it is your turn

The location was perfect - it was a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of restaurants and shops and also a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was private and surrounded by palm trees. Each room has a large balcony or patio with chairs and beds.

The location next to the beach is wonderful. It is in a traditional Vietnamese area so you feel part of the community and the accommodations are well kept and clean. The breakfast is only 100VND and is healthy and huge. The best thing about the property are the smily and accommodating staff, especially Kim, the English speaking receptionist who could not do enough to help us.

The neighbours were playing loud karaoke when we arrived but Kim was quick to sort them out (with a smile)

Everything, location is sensational, staff is lovely, breakfast fresh and delicious. Rooms as in the photos, value for money. Beach is less than 2 minutes walk, local shops and eateries less than 100 metres and 200 metres. One of the restaurants will deliver food and drinks to the villa. The rice and hotpot dish in the pics is from the restaurant (I have forgotten the name but the menu is available at the reception). Ms Kim provides excellent information about tours and surrounds and is an asset to the business. We plan to return in February or March 2024.

I loved the way Tommy and Kim and the rest of the staff were able to make my stay very comfortable and very relaxed. Kim also was able to help me plan outings, organise scooters, and recommend both quality restaurants and tailors. The pool was fabulous, and being so close to the beach perfect.

Staff and location were excellent. Kim spoke great English and nothing was too much trouble! The food from Moon Restaurant down the lane was very good and could be delivered right to your beach chair. Easy walk to beach clubs and taxis was another bonus

We had such a lovely stay - the location is next to the beach and close to bars and restaurants that are quieter than busy hoi an but only a short distance for when you do want to explore the town, the villa is really clean, spacious and relaxing, and the staff are really welcoming, kind and helpful.

spotless clean rooms / facilities… we had adjoining ground floor rooms for first 5 nights and then moved to first floor rooms which were even nicer again. loved this property … we decided to stay longer in Hoi An but unfortunately the property was booked out but Kim went out of her way to get us other properties to view and stay in. As other reviewers have said Kim is exceptional… nothing is a problem, she organised our tours, taxis, etc and makes great coffees!!!!!! Thanks Kim! All the staff are lovely here. Beds very comfortable, Netflix, AC, large open showers, airy rooms

super helpful staff, the amazing little balcony & pool made for a great stay away from the chaos of Hoi an. The deckhouse down the road was a great ibiza style place for drinks, meals and breakfast.

windows onto hallway made it not so private in our 2nd floor room ( needs tinted window panes) we just closed the blinds on hallway windows.

Great location and very friendly staff. Property like many is close quarters. Small pool but it is nice and in the shade if you need to get out of the sun. Rooms are spacious and the balcony is great.

Can be a bit "loud" with dogs or neighbors. Breakfast is fine but not a great space to enjoy it. Better local options for breakfast can be found for the same price and higher quality.
