Great value for the money

The house was great, the location terrific. Would be fabulous for a family with kids as the back yard is huge. There is everything you require inside and a lovely BBQ outside

The shower was very hard to turn on and off as it was dripping after a shower. We found the stove hard to work as we're all gas. There could maybe a note saying how to operate it also being black it was difficult to read the knobs. Double bed off lounge room has mattress springs digging into you. Only minor things but maybe should be addressed for future users.

Very clean and felt very homey. Quiet street near beach.. Kitchen had lots of equipment which was amazing. Beds very comfortable..

When first arrived outside of home look doesn't do justice to what inside looks like.

The beds, the space and toys for the children, the big backyard, great outdoor area with tables and sink, laundry and bathroom were great.

3 of the lights bulbs were not working, some of the dishes were dirty. Had to call contact number (Darryl) to get code for lockbox. Didn't receive an email with info on entering the property. Got it sorted pretty quickly.

The house was nicely appointed.

loved the yard, kitchen, had a great washing machine, plenty of room and activities for the kids

it was pretty hot during our stay, while the air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms were sufficient, the one in the living/kitchen/dining are was really struggling but everything else was great

kitchen and bathroom were nicely renovated.

hot water system only suitable for maximum 4 guests. we ran out of water every night with our group of 7. There were several suggestions in the guest book about the hot water situation. shower head could do with an update. we were told there was a boost button for the hot water system. when we questioned it, they sent out maintenance who said they couldn't see how such an old system would have a boost button.

good location, close to beach and shops etc. good living space for a large family.

communication with the staff/owners was terrible, close to non existent.. we had no hot water our entire visit, couldn’t get in touch with anyone or get a reply.. finally got a reply half hour after we checked out… being a beach side stay with 3 children it was very annoying having no hot water to wash ..boiling by kettle to fill a bath takes a long time.. door handle in bathroom is broken, toddler was locked in until hubby managed to get in.. good thing the bath wasn’t full at the time .
