It was not bad but : 1) in the beginning the staff was not cooperative but after 2or 3 days started to be cooperative. 2) the room in the reservation picture was not the received room 3) they left the food delivery man go up to our room (me and my daughter) although the reception should call us to come down for taking our delivery or give us a call before sending the delivery because our safety is in their hands. 4) the bathroom was not clean enough as in the picture.5) Although the total price was 135 Dinaron booking. Com but they got 145 dinar 6)heir boss made something good and gave me back the price for 2 nights because of early departure. 7) the sofa was very dirty but I put my home bed sheets on it. 8) in the first day found the air-condition working very well but in the second day found a very very bad smell omitting from it so that I shut it down and the weather was very hot in there (the last note happened in the last 3 hotels reserved in Jordan)
