The complex staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the man who met us and gave us the key.

We booked so we could relax in the garden, in and around the pool with our children. The pools were all closed for maintenance except the small pool which was dirty and they were working next to it. There were no umbrellas by the pool and the toilet there was broken and disgusting. The grass outside the apartment was dry and unwatered, unlike the apartments on either side which were watered. The fridge and microwave were dirty but were cleaned upon complaining. 2 of the 4 dinning chairs outside were broken. The owner blamed covid for the pool and garden and said the syndic does not tell him when there is maintenance of the pool. I said that it was his issue to manage as he had promoted the apartment showing the pools and the garden in good condition. He ceased communication. No offer of compensation was offered. We had to take our children to pools outside the complex every day which became very expensive. We used the property only for sleeping. We regularly visit Marrakech and this was the worst experience we've had.
