Important note:This review reflects the flat we stayed in, not the flat avertized here on Booking (The staff of the establishment kindly offered us to pick us up where we arrived in La Serena , but the lady who came, drove us to a flat in a completely different location (near the Enjoy casino, between La Serena and Coquimbo.) As we had a bad experience with another establishment the day before, we were tired and the flat was very nice, we accepted. The flat is new, well equipped and comfortable. The people were in contact with, were very friendly. It was not a professional rent: we did not receive a receipt for the cash we paid, the rent included TVA that we could have been exempted as foreigners, there was no towels for the bathroom,... There is no shop in a walking distance to buy food. But it is quiet and very close to the beach.

The flat we stayed in, was not the flat avertized on Booking. We called the establishment in the morning before arriving to be sure we had a reservation (we had a bad experience with another establishment the day before) and he confirmed that everything is fine. He said that that someone will come to pick us up. We waited until 6pm, a nice lady came and drive us to a flat in a completely different location (near the Enjoy casino, between La Serena and Coquimbo). No one told us before that would be a different flat!
