Awesome house and great host. The whole family is looking forward to staying again hopefully!

The house is great for groups. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels and paper products. We couldn't believe as we rode up the driveway there were dozens of deer on the property. Then within an hour we saw more deer, 3 bears and a wild turkey. And they were there every single day. Flathead Lake is gorgeous and just a short walk to the Flathead Park. It's a great house to use as a home base for day trips north and south. The sunsets were beautiful in spite of the smoke from the CA fires. The house could use a little TLC though. The decks need some serious power washing, the shower curtains can use a washing or replacements, and the knives in the kitchens are in desperate need of a sharpener. The couches in the living room really should be replaced as once you land in them, you sink and it's a struggle to get back out! In spite of these few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend the house.

Accommodations were just right. Room for all and everything we needed, aside from groceries, of course. We have relatives who are just a quick walk away from the O.H. Everyone was happy. It was a super week.

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at this Finley Point house. It's in a perfect location for us to visit family closer to the lake and accommodates our large crowd (2 families of 4 + 2 grandparents). The house is clean and roomy and very comfortable for our needs. We love watching the deer graze on the property and taking walks around the point.

We really enjoyed this property the home was great and the wildlife was in abundance . Deer visited every day also had some wild turkeys and a bald eagle. We had many hikes within 30 miles of property. It is not right on the water but there is a campers location near where you can get access to the lake. Walking in was not a problem. Love the Montana people and vacation.

We had an awesome vacay experience with not only this VRBO home but the surrounding area along with Glacier National Park was amazing and beautiful. We counted 13 deer grazing in the front yard one evening. The area is quiet and peaceful and deer stop by each evening. Lovely environment and definitely recommend the place.

Loved the wrap around deck with two large tables and lounge chairs, Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Only complaint is that the sofas/chairs in living area are so low they are difficult to get out of. Be prepared for deer! Lots of them!!!

This is our third year staying at this house. It’s perfect for our extended family when visiting cousins across the street. Everything is clean and comfortable. The deer and cherry trees are a delight to see each day.

Loved every minute of staying there, deer in the yard every day. 2-3 of the towel racks in bathroom, were coming off or on the floor when we arrived, fixed them. Loved spending time with Chris, Dale, Craig, Millie and the family. Overall great stay

We rented this property for two weeks in July of 2021 to have a place to stay as our daughter had her wedding in the area. We loved this house as a home-away-from-home for lots of reasons. First, it has a great view across Flathead Lake and to the mountains to the west. Second, it is back off the main road so it feels a little secluded and yet the large open field also gives you a sense of space. Third, the place just felt like home and not a rental. The home comes fully stocked with soaps (bath, laundry, kitchen, etc...), paper products, towels, bedding, etc.... That helps ensure you aren't running to the store every day for little things you need. It has two kitchens and both are fantastic - high quality cookware and plenty of it. This was, by FAR, the best kitchen I have had while in a rental and I have stayed in a good 20 or so over the past few years. The appliances work very well and are well kept and clean. Tons of dishes and silverware, all in great condition and plenty of them (we hosted a dinner for 18 one night and had plenty of plates and silverware...just from the upstairs kitchen!). The beds are comfortable and while the upstairs couch is a bit soft, it is definitely comfortable. Tons of wildlife appear daily, reinforcing that we are the guests - not them :) An awesome 360 degree porch allows you to view them from every angle. Despite very warm/hot temps (90+), the A/C kept up during the day though the sun beating from the west through the windows definitely made it work. Finally, Nicole was so responsive and friendly - just a gem to work with. She checked in with me several times to make sure we had what we needed (more paper towels) and made sure we got it. Awesome rental and experience!

My group of friends loved the Orchard House and the beautiful Flathead Lake and Finley Point. Nancy was extremely responsive and a great host. The home came with enough supplies for our entire month stay! The home is great for a large group with plenty of space! We hope to come back again. Thank you!

We loved staying at the Orchard house. The house was great for our group of 9. Great location and loved watching all of the deer in the front yard. We ended up renting a boat and docked at the state park just a .25 miles down the road. We appreciated all of the generous supplies that got us through our week.

Plenty of space to spread out (especially for the little ones in the big tub). Well equipped and easy to work with.

We had a great visit on Finley Point. The house was great and easily accomodated our large group of 10. We enjoyed great views, seeing sunrises & sunsets, lots of meals on the deck, and being so close to Flathead Lake State Park for lots of time in the lake. Overall, it was a great house for a great vacation!

This house was perfect for our extended family to stay in while visiting Finley Point. It was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers and great location if you don’t need to be on the water. We enjoyed watching the deer graze and the cherries ripen on the trees. We also appreciated all of the basic amenities being provided like handsoap, toilet paper, dishsoap and laundry detergent. My only suggestion for improvement is updating the pots and pans and considering adding some beach towels for those who want to swim in the lake. The nonstick coating is getting old and comes off in the food sometimes. We will definitely be coming back!

This is an amazing location and beautiful home. It has everything stocked - just sit back and enjoy the view.

Orchard house is a beautiful house with tons of room. There were 12 of us and we never felt on top of one another. Plenty of bathrooms to go around. Deck outside is huge with beautiful views and we saw deer multiple times daily. If we had to give a con,the location was a little remote, but we didn't mind the extra time it took to get where we needed to be as the countryside is so beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

The home is beautiful. It’s in a beautiful location. Very private yet close to Polson. We cooked a lot and the house had all the necessary pans and tools. Even a blender! Saw the deer every night. Really enjoyed the two outdoor sitting areas and complete wraparound porch.

The house was fantastic. Just what we were hoping for our family vacation. We did excursions to Glacier NP, boating on Flathead Lake, and much more. It was large enough that 8 adults and 2 young children had plenty of space. Isolated, but relatively close to town to get supplies. Deer were around the house everyday, even saw a bear on the road on the other side of the peninsula.

This was the second time my friends and I stayed at the Orchard House- it was as great the second time! Clean , comfortable and beautiful view.

Great location,with views of mountains and lake. Driving distance to Glacier National Park, The Bison Range, horse back riding, dinner cruise originating from the casino in Polson. The house provided 2 separate living spaces, each with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and baths. The kitchens were well supplied and were outfitted with modern and comfortable beds and furnature. The children loved being in the loft. Added fun was the wild life..from the squirrel that raced on the deck in the morning, the 2 wild turkeys that made a daily mid daily visit across the field in front of the house and the many deer that grazed on grass and on cherries from the trees, only feet away from the house. Orchard House proved to be a real gem and worth a return trip .

Our family had a great 8 day stay. The home was spacious with great views. Location was private but Polson was easily accessible and never any traffic. Highly recommend this home to others.

We loved our time at the Orchard House. It was so close to everything - including Flathead cherries! The home is right by Finley Point Park, so we booked our slip and parked our boat. This home is well stocked and uber comfortable. We’re looking at booking next summer again!

The house was comfortable, beautiful, well equipped and great for a large family. We had large family gatherings at the house, and professional family photos done - they were great. The owners were great to work with.
