The property was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. View was lovely.
We would have appreciated if the property was already warm, as it was freezing cold. We called the owners and they were very quick in responding to explain how to turn the heating on. It took couple of hours before it was comfortably warm. Heating was very effective.

Very close to St Andrews. Very affordable to stay.
Nothing to dislike about it. It’s what we booked. Caravan home, so everything is tiny, but just as expected.

View of St Andrews and the sea. On site staff very helpful
Tired condition of chalet. Stale smell of bedroom. Bed clothes smelled musty and unwashed. Very poor value for money, the worst deal of our walk along Fife Coastal path. Dusty blinds.

Location was really nice and close to the beach and town
The property could benefit from upgrading the electricity supply to cope with multiple appliances being used. The plugs in both sinks don't work so no ability to use them to wash when we had no gas. The gas supply should have checked and in place before we arrived. We woke up in the morning with no heating or hot water, couldn't get any response from the host and had to phone the cleaner, who very kindly managed to get the gas back on. The bedrooms were very small so not easy to move around.

Perfect location with easy accessibility to St Andrews. Property was very clean and tidy with no issues during our stay. Very good shower and comfy beds. We hope to return!

Location was great & bar/restaurant was good.
1. Shower was boiling and temperature control not working.
2. Hook on en-suite toilet upside down?
3. Hairs on sofa when we arrived in caravan looked unclean with dust still hanging above bed in double room.
4. No bulb in one of the bedside table lamps.
5. Exercise equipment still left behind lounge TV unit.
6. Personal items still left above Bedroom wardrobe.
7. Extractor fan above gas hob not working.

Very homely and comfortable. Fab view . Well equipped and decorated. Nice booklet of instructions.
Heating was unreliable as well as oven and hob but we probably didn’t know how to work it.
