spacious, good food in the bar downstairs, friendly owners. bed linen was clean, beds comfortable, blinds worked fine. very good shower

really needs a bus to get into town and not a great deal of restaurants around if you are there on a Sunday or Monday as the bar is closed.

The location is good - especially for the festspiel location The bedroom is unnecessarily spacious and the water pipe makes loud noise.

The noisy from outside was not bearable - could not sleep at all. The key is so old fashioned and had a hard to time to manage. The breakfast is not worthy - coffee was worst taste I had ever tasted.

This basic hotel was ok for my needs but based on its website I expected it to be less meager and certainly better staffed. I only ever saw one staff person who seemed to do everything alone. She was mostly not there, and if she wasn't there, you couldn't get your breakfast. The breakfast room was locked during breakfast hours. She asked at check in what time I would like breakfast. I had no idea my answer was crucially important, so when I came at a different time (because that's what turned out to be more convenient), the door was locked and I ended up without food. It was especially disappointing on my departure day because I didn't pass any food places on my way to the train station, and the train station has only one little sad food counter with not much to choose from, so I ended up hungry. I had to drop my key in the key box because the hostess wasn't there. Thank god she was there when I arrived! Given how little I saw of her during my stay, I was lucky to have shown up when she happened to be there. The hostess was very nice and maybe the hotel was understaffed due to covid, but it would have been important for me to know that ahead of time. You make your choices more carefully and discuss things in advance if you know that you might not see this person again, so better ask while you can. The location was inconvenient, a long walk both from town and from the Wagner festspiel house. There was no air conditioning, which is not unusual in Europe, I guess. There was a fan provided and the window could be opened.

The guy was uncomplicated and friedly, even if I personally dont like to be pushed to give a good grading. The location was quiet and safe as amidst a prison area, the shower was ok.

It was hot under the roof and the only little window was not having a device to make it dark when the sun would start. There was a tiny noise from a motor I couldn't locate, so I moved the bed and it was better.

Easy to find when you are driving into the town. Parking available. Comfortable bed. The town has many interesting sights to visit.

The place is run down. The room was very basic and neglected. Some lights didn’t work. At least one electrical outlet wasn’t properly attached to the wall, curtains were ripped, dirty marks on the walls. No staff present at the location.

You only have one hour (7-8) to eat breakfast in so we didn't get our included breakfast. it was also hard to find any staff.

The rooms were good, big bathroom and from my training centre which was 100 meters away, I would recommend it very much. I accessed my room easily. My late check out was late was very well arranged. Thank you.

Breakfast should have a bit more options. Otherwise for the two nights there, all was ok.
