Lovely warm cottage with amazing views.

Perfect with three good sized bedrooms with Queen beds. Liked that linen and cleaning was included in the original price. Clean and tidy property as well as inside the house. Loved it!

Gail was very helpful & responsive even before we checked in. I love waking up the sound of sea waves at the cottage. The place is nice & clean.

The pots & pans are quite worn out, not “non-stick”anymore, only managed to find a small pan which is still decent enough to fry food.

Absolutely amazing spot. The view was exceptional. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking.

The view is absolutely amazing. It is breathtaking. First thing we did was pour a Baileys on ice and sit on the front porch looking over the Bay. Location is perfect. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast at the dining table taking in the views, House clean and comfy. Can highly recommend this property. Will definitely be back.

The length of our stay!

Communication from our host was excellent from the clear and concise directions to pick the keys up, to the welcomed text following up with us during our stay. The Host was excellent. The cottage has brilliant access to the beach, which allowed nice walks. Such a wonderful location we enjoyed the picturesque scenery each night. Accommodation was as described, and we all enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. We would recommend anyone considering this place as your Kaikoura getaway to take the opportunity.

We loved the Bay it was beautiful.

Didn’t like that there was no real bathroom small sink by washing machine felt like you were in wash house. Toilet super small.

beautiful well appointed cottage ,great views, comfortable lounge chairs I sat and looked at the view all day! with such a busy lifestyle this is the perfect place to sit back , relax and enjoy the views! 10/10

Shower room is pretty small but shower itself is fine.

We had booked a whale watch as the main reason for coming to Kaikoura and unfortunately struck the wettest day of the year! The cottage was warm and cosy though and the view to the wild water was lovely. South Bay is a great place to stay Kaikoura was wonderful, the museum so worth a look and some fabulous cafes to cosy up in

They veiw was amazing. Outdoor seating to look out to the sea and mountains. House had everything we needed. Nice and comfortable beds and lounge suite Beach just over the road.

Was a bit cold when southerly went through and brought snow to mountains. Heaters not that good.

Amazing views and sunsets. Great area for walking.

Bathroom area needs maintenance and updating
