Η τοποθεσία ειναι τελεια η θεα καταπληκτική.

Αδιαφορία για τον πελάτη,η τηλεόραση δεν δουλεύει , η σίτα του παραθύρου χαλασμένη... δεν μπορείς να ανοίξεις παράθυρο - κουνούπια με αποτέλεσμα μας φάγανε , δεν καθαρίσανε σε κανένα δωμάτιο 3 μέρες , χριματοκιωοτιο δεν ηπαρχει ... ενημερώσαμε τον υπεύθυνο και μόνο που δεν μας έβρισε... πληροσανε για κάθε δωμάτιο από 520€ για 3 βραδιά μετρητά , δηλαδή 175€ την βραδιά για καθε δωμάτιο και το ένα κλείσαμε μέσο Booking. Για ένα απόγευμα δεν ειχαμε νερό με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορέσουμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο και να πάμε ολλη η παρέα σε ρεστοράν που είχαμε rezerve , επικινονισαμε με τον υπεύθυνο ..μας φώναζε ότι δεν υπάρχει πουθενα νερό...αλλά ητανε ψέμα ...άλλη φυλή μας μενανε απέναντι και δίπλα σε άλλα καταλύματα και ειχανε νερό...ζητήσαμε τα λεφτά πίσω και να φύγουμε ... φώναζε ότι θα ερθει και θα τα φέρει ,αλλά δεν ήρθε ποτέ...απόλυτος καμία μόνωση στα διαμερίσματα , νομίζεις ότι κοιμάσαι στο δρόμο .. Από κατο έχει πλαζ με 45€ το σετ ξαπλώστρες...Μπαχάμες με παροχές 0...

The rooms were just like in pictures. It was clean when we arrived. Nice view and good AC.

First of all the Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all. The noise all the time coming from the beach bar, we didn’t get at least a discount for the sun beds of the NV beach. There is no parking place, although they didn’t offer one on booking, but it’s annoying to search every time for a parking spot in a crowded street.

The beach is right downstairs, and it's so beautiful. The sea is calm, and it's not deep at all. Great for having long days at the beach. Lefkada is terrific, and Nikiana (where NV is) is calm enough to have a good time away from so much chaos. But if you want to do more, you should consider staying at Nydri, which has the port and so much more to offer, also more people and chaos :P.

NV is a beach club, so the suites are not actually a hotel or a separate building; they are at the building that it's the beach club. So downstairs, you have a restaurant and a bar open to all tourists. That part was confusing, and Google Maps doesn't have the NV Suites, so you have to look for the NV Beach Bar to get there. Because it's the same building, you will hear a lot of noise from the NV restaurant's DJ below until 2 am almost every night. As it's not a hotel, nobody cleaned the room for us during our stay (the room was clean when we arrived, it's huge and beautiful), and sadly being guests at the suites didn't give us any advantage on the beach chairs, we had to wake up early and make the line like everybody else, and that information would be good to know when you arrive. We had dinner once at the restaurant, and it was not very good and overpriced as it's a tasting menu. We love tasting menus so we are used to paying for them but also for the food being great,

Only cleaned once. Only given fresh towels and bedding once, which was 4 days in. Staff not overly accommodating.

Amazing location the food at the beach bar was delicious and the staff were friendly and very helpful would highly recommend

Everything! This place was amazing! The view was so relaxing! The space was uber clean and comfortable with well thought amenities throughout <3
