'The Hut' a Rural Getaway With Views to Die For.
'Il rifugio' si trova a metà strada tra Oberon e O'Connell e soli 33 klms da Bathurst e situato in alto, su una collina per ammirare le viste spettacolari.
E 'proprio dietro l'angolo da Mayfield Gardens, che dispone di una caffetteria e di splendidi giardini da esplorare. Poco più lontano di pochi klms è la famosa Jenolan Caves e Kanangra Mura Parco Nazionale, Ben Chifley Dam, vigneti, Oberon Dam (grande pesca), Oberon campo da golf, il fiume di pesce e molti punti panoramici da pic-nic e la Foresta Demaniale grandi per lo sporco andare in bicicletta, funghi e passeggiate.
Siamo in mezzo a un sacco di grandi pub e caffetterie, la più vicina è a 5 minuti.
Si tratta di un completamente autonomo casa 2 camere da letto su 2 acri con vista panoramica sulla valle indietro O'Connell e oltre a Bathurst.

La 'capanna' composto da 2 camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con 2 letti singoli, (tutte biancheria in dotazione), un salotto con un fuoco di combustione lenta e la zona pranzo fuori la cucina.
Tutte le camere hanno la vista della splendida campagna.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con le necessità di tè e caffè, pepe latte e sale, ecc
Il bagno ha una doccia e servizi igienici con asciugamani in dotazione.
C'è anche un barbecue per la vostra convenienza.
C'è una TV / DVD, stereo, riviste, giochi tutto per il tuo divertimento.

TheHut 'è pronto per rilassarsi e godere e semplicemente rilassarsi in atmosfera di campagna, assorbendo la splendida vista.
Godetevi l'abbondanza di animali selvatici, canguri, wombats, echidne, uccelli e animali da fattoria locali. O semplicemente essere abbagliati dalla meravigliosa visualizzazione di stelle di notte.

My family and I stayed at the Hut and it was the most charming place! I’d definitely come back and I recommend the Hut to anyone who is looking for a cozy and warm spot 😊

Located a short distance out of Oberon but still close enough to go into town for dinner the house as excellent, great view, sitting on the verandah in the morning sun for breakfast, fantastic.
We were tracing family history in the area and if we want to do more we would look to book here again.

Very pleased all round with our stay. The dwelling is neat, with all luxuries and necessities and the host is more than hospitable and accommodating. Cannot recommend high enough.

It was our first stay at "The Hut". We will definitely be back again. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail shown by our host. We had everything needed plus many more. Just to name a few: fresh cut flowers, free range eggs, boscuits, cooking oil. The accomodation is clean and the view is superb!

This property is in a good location with great views. The cottage is clean and comfortable with everything we needed including a cosy pot-bellied fire. Fresh eggs, fresh flowers. Friendly welcome by host. Great surrounding area to explore. Highly recommended.

A very comfortable relaxing stay with amazing views and countless stars during the night. Small personal touches like fresh flowers and fresh eggs added to the stay. A warming fire place for cooler nights was definitely a highlight as well. "The Hut" is a place we could recommend undoubtedly and will definitely return to.

The only problem with this place is that we only got to stay one night. Snug as a bug in a rug with the beautiful wood fire, welcomed by Tony and helpful communication with Helen. This really is a special place we hope to return to one day.

Our stay at The Hut was absolutely wonderful. The view was breathtaking and Helen was lovely. I highly recommend this.

Unfortunately, due to Covid my partner and I were unable to stay at the property. Helen the host was amazing and allowed our adult children, with their partners, to take our place. She was also very flexible and offered us a rescheduled booking.
The kids had a great time and was very comfortable at Helen’s place.

"The Hut" is a great little cottage if you want somewhere to unwind. As soon as you walk in the door, you feel like you're home. Helen has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable.
There is an incredible view down the valley towards Bathurst, which looked beautiful in the morning. We assume it would also give spectacular sunsets but we never managed to get our timing right.
We wish we were there for more than 2 nights so we could experience more.

Such a wonderful place to stay, relaxing, peaceful and wonderful views. Loved the birdlife and the chatty kookaburra in the late evenings and early mornings. It was like they were talking about their day in the evenings and discussing what or where they were going in the morning. The other birds on the lawns during the day. The cattle and calves were around with the newly born calves having fun running around. Rooes and rabbits around. The seat by the small dam was a great get away to sit amongst the trees and just chill. Used "The Hut" as a base tovexplore the area. Fantastic hosts in Helen and Tony. Highly recommended. Will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hut, Oberon. Ideal location close to Mayfield Gardens and Bathurst with amazing vistas. The Hut was spotlessly clean and well appointed with games and activities for those rainy days. Plenty of wood supplied for the fire made a very cosy stay. We'll be back once La Nina moves on. Booked for overnight stay to attend wedding in Oberon. Only spent a short time there but it was lovely and warm and very clean. Owner had wood fire stoked up when we arrived and came and introduced himself..loverly stay. Thankyou Helen and Tony.

Helen was very welcoming when we arrived for our two night stay. The Hut itself was very spacious and had a delightful outlook and we enjoyed watching the birdlife. It was spotless, very comfortable, particularly the bed and had everything we needed for a self-catered stay. The weather turned on us and so we were very pleased to have the slow combustion fire place. It is ideally situated for a visit to Mayfield Gardens, about 5 kms away.
