It was easy but as you have to get the keys before parking, it was an issue to jump out of the car and rush into the store then wait for the car to double back as there is no street parking for collection of the keys

The heat in the flat although we had room thermostats, they didn’t seem to work but the fans supplied helped a lot.

Despite the problems, the central location makes visiting Windsor very easy. There's lots of shops and eating places around on the door step. It's a short walk to the castle, Eton and the river. We are glad we had the car to access further beyond so glad there was a car park even if not very conveniently placed. The flat is comfortable and pretty much has everything you need the bathrooms are nice and the flat is well decorated. The bed/bedrooms are very big and there were fans provided as it was noted by other reviews that the flat can get very hot.

There is a lot of noise because you are in the centre of town. We expected it but there was even noise on a Sunday night. Thankfully ear plugs were provided. Parking to just pick up the keys was a bit of a nightmare in Windsor. Even with instructions, it is difficult to locate the flat from the car park with lots of people milling around so best to arrive during the day. Some apartments have some laundry tablets provided but this one didn't unfortunately. There's no lift to the flat (but there's only one set of stairs) so not great for heavy bags or pushchairs. The guest next to us had a large range rover. We could hardly park. We asked if we could move a space but was told the space was occupied. It wasn't occupied all weekend we were there. The Kettle needs descaling. My partner didn't look and we had grey water come out. We ended up using a pot to boil water instead. There was jam packets left out which seemed a nice touch but they were so old they had turned to a thick Jelly.

Location was fantastic - so central to the town. Parking garage was very convenient too. All of the equipment in the property was decent quality making for a very comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a great location and parking is beside it. A very clean apartment with great facilities. The only slight downside was the heat but they did have fans to cool it down. We really enjoyed out stay and would stay here again.

The property is in a fabulous central location, a couple of minutes walk from the castle, the park, many restaurants and is in a central shopping area. Car parking is very close & secure. The apartment was very modern & stylishly furnished and was spotlessly clean.

The flat was rather hot and noisy so we found it difficult to sleep. We bought an air conditioning unit while we’re there for the week. The restaurant opposite the flat has street dining and is noisy until midnight and the road sweepers start cleaning at 05:30. The flat has 2 bedrooms but the largest one has no window/external ventilation. A fan is provided for that room, but not really suitable for young children.
