Loved the location the most. Brilliant! Very friendly staff and very accommodating too!

Rooms was very clean and tidy. We didn't order breakfast as my partner is a vegetarian so I was not sure if he will be catered for. Location is great because we also attended a function on the same street, so it was very convenient.

The fact that there was no smoking area, my partner had to go outside

The room was palace according to me everything was there that we needed excellent quality room

The room was very spacious and neat, very comfortable bed, clean linen. Very good wifi available in the rooms at no extra cost. Back-up power is available in times of loadshedding. Very pleasant stay

.Wife and self arrived 21h30 at the hotel. No indication was given around parking arrangements. Only after the waiter arrived were we presented with an entry card to our room 630. The lady at the entrance made me feel " stupid " when self indicated that the access card was not provided. Really not good for a 4 star hotel rating. Departure a huge improvement. Lady was professional and provided document for refund with the necessary enthusiasm. Funds were in bank account the same day. Wife and self will return to the hotel when back in the Mother City if only for breakfast as we are going to settle in Penhill just off Somerset West. Keep well.
