Quite and gourgous 4BR/3BA house in Movie Colony. Private Pool, Hot Tub,
Spaziosa casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni nella Movie Colony. Un miglio di distanza dal centro di Palm Springs e tutte le attrazioni insieme alla striscia di Palm Canyon. Due suite, arredate con 1 letto king size e 1 letto queen size con TV da 65 pollici e ampi bagni. Un bagno è dotato di vasca idromassaggio e due vanità per lui e per lei. Tutti gli altri bagni sono dotati di box doccia. La casa ha una cucina extra-large con nuovissimo frigorifero, forno a microonde e piano cottura. Cassetti extra e spazi di dispensa in tutta la cucina. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice nuova di zecca. Le altre due camere sono arredate con due letti singoli ciascuna. Grandi armadi si trovano in ogni stanza. Il soggiorno ha un divano, un divano e una poltrona, insieme a una TV da 65 pollici, ampio spazio per riunioni di famiglia. Great home with all the basic amenities for a comfortable vacation. The pool is a really nice, comfortable, hang out spot. Plenty of beds for our party of 8 singles. Access to a garage was really nice to keep the cars cool in the hot sun.
Just a few minor things to note:
* there is no sofa bed in the master, but you can easily have someone sleep on the living room sofa.
* bring your soap and shampoo
* hot tub was not working
* coffee maker not working, but you can easily just use the filter to do pour over since he provides some very nice electric kettles
* sprinklers come on at 8am and 4pm
Sokrat was great to respond to a little garbage disposal issue and sent out a handyman asap. Like someone else said, hes great with communication via text just dont bother with the app.
Overall great place to stay with great location thats close to everything.

Our stay at the house was very relaxing! The property is clean and spacious. My friends and I really enjoyed this spot. Sokrat is great to communicate by text and call, but not the vrbo website.
This is my second time staying, and I wanted to point out that we couldn’t get the sofa bed in the master bedroom to work. I didn’t reach out because it wasn’t needed with the amount of people we had, but I’m convinced it’s just a regular couch and not a sofa bed. Otherwise, the stay was great! Love this place and will be coming back.

Spacious modern kitchen, but lacks basic equipment and utensils. Lots of beds except master doesn’t have sofa bed as stated. Pool steps needs handrails but pool is large and maintained well. This is our second time and would return again.

Outside property was in need of maintance. Flower beds needed new rock, and discarded lounge chair left in flowerbeds. Outside light were so bright they shined in master bedroom even through closed drapes. Master bed has urine stains near head board on mattress, master information as to when pool guy or landscaper are to arrive, they just walk in bed room has glass table in middle of room which is very hard to see at night when trying to use the bathroom. Master bedroom carpet and hallway carpet has multiple stains and needs to be replaced. No notice to when pool cleaner or yard maintance people are to come, they just walk in through unlocked gate to front and back yards. No instructions on when garbage people come, or any instructions on how to operate tv cable box, Spectrum. Livening room t v would not hook up to Spectrum cable source. We are very disappointed in this highly rated Vrbo, our worst Vrbo experience ever. Note the location to the airport and street are very noisy. So loud that when aircraft land and take off you cannot hear each other speak when sitting next to each other at the pool.

We were hoping to use the hot tub but it was dirty. The primary bathroom shower door would not close all the way. There was a nail/something sharp sticking up on threshold leading into hallway. Pool inflatables were dirty. No user manual on how the fans, TVs, lights, AC work. I contacted host on the first night about these things but never heard back until 2 hours before check out.

We are a group of six friends who vacation together annually. This year we chose Palm Springs for our five night trip. This property was perfect for our relatively large group, with enough beds for everyone and enough bathrooms to comfortably share. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The layout of the house was conducive for a large group. The kitchen was not well equipped. For example, we had to purchase a kitchen spatula/pancake turner and extra toilet paper and paper towels, all things that I am used to being provided by the host. While there were miscellaneous pumps to inflate pool toys (of which there was one), none of them worked so we bought a small one for our use.
What makes this property a five star is the location! Approximately a mile to downtown Palm Springs, five minutes to the airport and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

Little things could use some attention. Light bulbs in a few places need replacing,. Toilet paper holder repaired; plugs in master bath don't work. Bed linnens and towels are old. No instructions on how to use TVs. Perhaps a binder of info will help. Owner's worker came by on Palm Sunday and it was great. Front door stopped working and he was there within an hour. Overall a good place to stay with lots of beds.

This house was perfect for a weekend with friends. We are a group of women who have been friends for 50 years. Lots of room, comfy beds and furniture , good location, the pool was lovely and warm. Only a couple of glitches- not enough towels, and also the sprinklers came on at 4PM while we were lounging on the lawn(!), kind of a rude awakening! Pretty sure that’s just an AM/PM error, and I contacted the landlord who was readily available but unable to fix it during our stay. All in all this house fitted our needs well.

This house had it all for our annual guys trip. Six beds was a bonus as there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well-supplied for our many meals. The pool was constantly heated to a perfect temperature making it accessible any time of day. The location provides quick access to grocery stores, coffee shops and other services. It also makes for a fun walk downtown or around the neighborhood to look at the historic homes. Great value for a great time!

Nice house, great back yard and everyone enjoyed the heated pool. Didn’t try the hot tub. Only complaint is about the cleaning crew. Potato chip bag in one bathroom and Kleenex tissue under one bed. Also, dishes were dirty.

This home is beautiful and looks as advertised. However, they day we checked in the host told us the hot tub spa was not working and that he was sending out a repairman the same day. When the repairman didn't show up, my husband called him the next day and the owner suggested we simply didn't know how to turn it on and denied having said it was broken. After many phone calls and another repairman coming out, it appeared it could not be repaired during our stay. This was disappointing since the hot tub was much looked forward to. The owner did provide a partial refund. As well, the house sleeps 8 but there were only 2 dinner forks and 3 cake forks. There were not enough towels for pool and showers and there were bugs coming up one of the bathroom sinks. We had to use bedside chairs, as there weren't many night tables. We attempted to barbecue and one tank was fully empty and other only a quarter full. It was a rush to run to get the tank filled at our own cost. We've stayed in many VRBO homes in PS and while the house was lovely, it was the first time we have encountered this type of owner.

Worth it!
This is my second time at this wonderful property, during the same month of the year. I was there may 2021, and I am back May 2022 as I celebrate my youngest birthday here around the pool.
The house is spacious, well equipped, heated pool, air conditioner, jacuzzi.. 4 bedrooms, three baths... I mean do I need to say more!
Location is close to EVERYTHING.. literary..Albertsons, Staterooms, Walgreens, down town.. amazing.
The only thing you need to know about the movie colony, where the house is located is that it is a quiet neighborhood and many people there are permanent residents..so be respectful after dark, and don't have loud outside music... I have a 8 a d 10 years old with occasional shouting and jumping in thr water, and we still fine... but overall you will have great time.
The host is very responsive, friendly and will communicate in timely manner.

Perfect home
Stayed for a week with children, spouses and grandkids. One master suite is on opposite side from the other bedrooms worked perfect for a 5 month old. Kitchen is large for multiple chef's. We had the pool heated and it was great! Rode our bikes around neighborhood. House has full security system and fully fenced. Owner responded immediately to our questions. The only thing is watch out for slipping on the wet tile floors outside, very slippery.

Relaxing girls trip
The property was big and accommodated our group and our dogs just perfectly. The private pool and Jacuzzi were my favorite since I stayed outside all day. A nice bottle of red wine was waiting for us when we arrived. I would definitely rent there again.

I requested early check in for my sisters bachelorette party so I could set up but the host was very uncommunicative and ended up calling me just a few hours before check in time. His toilets were leaking and a bathroom flooded. Not great for our guests.

Fun time for Canadian golfers
This home is well located (close to airport and old Palm Springs) and very functional. Great hot tub and pool. Owner very responsive. Would be great to 2 families with kids.

Our Own Oasis
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed soaking up morning sun and poolside breakfasts. Kitchen is fully equipped and bbq for evening dinners. It was so nice to spend most of our time enjoying Palm Springs weather in March by and in the pool. Also loved the floor plan. We would rent again.

Comfortable and well-equipped
Excellent facilities and equpment. The hot tub was a huge hit with my family group. The well-equipped kitchen facilitated big meals every evening. The neighborhood was agreeable and close to stores and atractions.

Palm Springs cold & snow escape
Convenient location near Albertsons grocery store, Walgreens drug store and downtown Palm Springs businesses. The lot is secured by a privacy fence and gate to a double garage. Pool, hot tub and yard are well maintained. Comfortable and clean interior with a convenient well -supplied kitchen. There were four of us, but room for many more. Because of a mistake on my part we had to check out late. This caused some inconvenience for the owner and his cleaning crew, but he was graciously helped us through that perplexity. I’d stay here again.

Family Christmas, house and property was perfect,.
Everyone loved the house , POOL and hot tub. Even with some rain they enjoyed the heated pool. Large kitchen to use since with kids we preferred to eat in. Great location. Our host was very responsive and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Wish we lived closer, long drive home.

Christmas vacation
We all loved the pool. Requested it be heated and it was nice and warm. Hot tub was hot and lots of jets. The grill was great for cooking out. We tuned the TV to full screen fireplace and had a laptop for Christmas music. Walked uptown to shop and went to local bowling alley to have some retro fun. All in all, it was a pleasant trip, a great house and located midway between Phoenix AZ and Ventura CA making it a convenient and fairly easy drive for all. Our little dog loved it too. 😊

The house and property were as advertised and in good shape. Location was very good. Use of garage was appreciated. Small suggestions are that the only clock in the whole house didn't work. Having luggage stands would have been helpful.. Laminated instruction sheets for TV, microwave and jacuzzi would have been helpful.

The house was perfect for the eight guys hanging out and playing golf. The jacuzzi and pool felt great after each round of golf that was nearby.

Spacious house with communicative host
This is a spacious home in central Palm Springs (movie colony). The host was responsive and communicative throughout via phone and text. The master suite is massive, the pool was already heated when we arrived, and it was a great overall experience. The interior and furniture are not as updated as other places in Palm Springs, but this is easily overlooked given the value for this location and the overall comfort of the home.

Missing Bed
The listing mentioned there was a pull out in the master bedroom, but there was not. There were also no blankets had there been a pullout. Everything else was as advertised, but we had guests that had to leave that evening because there was no where to sleep.

Nice property
I originally reserved this property in August but had to move it due to some of my family members not feeling well. Sokrat was nice enough to allow me to move the date. The property is very nice in a quiet street. Everything was clean and it had all of the things you need for the stay. All the rooms were nicely set up and it easily sleeps 8 people. The jacuzzi didn't look clean so we did not use it. We did enjoy the pool and the bbq grill.
The only suggestion I can make is to fix a few things like 2 of the dining chairs that were broken and the faucet in one of the bathrooms didn't have cold water. Other than that it was a great time and the family loved it.

Clean, quiet and comfortable!!
My family, friend and I stayed here last weekend. It was very nice, in a quiet and safe neighborhood and very comfortable. Upon arrival, I called Sokrat and he had a nice bottle of red wine for us to enjoy, explained where things were located, showed me where the AC was and openly stated that we could contact him at any time. We loved the pool - please note that there is no outside music at any time - which was no problem! We will definitely be staying here in the future! Thank you Sokrat!!!!

Absolutely loved our stay this weekend. The pictures do not do justice for what it really is! Beautiful and spacious home. The pool/backyard was extremely big, and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the property was good. We did not feel the property was maintained well, the pool was not cleaned, hot tub never really got hot.

Short getaway
This house is perfect for two families of four each. It’s spacious and most importantly clean. The pool is big and so is the jacuzzi. I read reviews that said the house didn’t have enough pots and pans but I thought it was fully stocked for basic cooking. Sokrat was very attentive to our needs.
