Lovely interior of old manor house. Great history

Staff was just so so for such a luxury venue. The dinner was just okay, certainly not worth the cost.

Lovely Country House, we stayed here for my birthday. We stayed in the Lord Snowdon room lovely clean room amazing views of the garden and we ate in the Gunroom restaurant the food was amazing, the staff were very friendly also the breakfast in the morning was lovely.

The staff were excellent and the food exceptional.

Gorgeous property, we stayed in the lady Buckley room which is the only downstairs room. it was quiet and perfectly situated in front of the drawing room. The food at the Gunroom was spectacular. 5 courses.

Excellent facilities that catered for all our needs. Ideal venue. The welcoming gifts were much appreciated.

The bathroom was a little bit small but it did not soil an enjoyable week

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It has been restored to a very high standard in keeping with the history of the building. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We would highly recommend evening dinner in the Gun Room; it was exceptional complete with lovely surprise touches. Service throughout was excellent.

Staff where amazing I proposed to my girlfriend they helped massively to make it a big success. My girlfriend can’t have dairy or tomatoes due to allergies so they tailored all the meals in the restaurant so she could eat what ever she wanted. It is always a struggle usually when we eat out but they made it so easy for us to enjoy ourselves!

The initial welcome was friendly and professional. The building was very well decorated. The house has an interesting history, being the ex home of Lord Snowdon. Dinner was a wonderful experience of 7 courses. Congratulations to the chef and staff! An incredible wine list! The owner took the trouble to speak to diners which was a nice touch. He clearly has a great ambition and vision for the Plas Dinas.

Extremely hard to find development points. Very rarely give a place 10!

Everything was excellent, (breakfast and dinner) food was divine, room was elegant whilst being comfortable. Loved everything. Staff were superb! Welcoming, friendly while being very professional! Nothing was too much bother. Also gardens and views were lovely.

A luxury place to stay but wonderfully relaxed & 'unstuffy'. Room was really comfortable, food exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Gardens lovely to relax in with plenty of seating available. Peaceful.
