El aparato de calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba, intentaron arreglarlo y nada y ni se les ocurrió ofrecernos un cambio de habitación, por lo que tuvimos que pedir mantas, porque en la habitación no había. La TV era imposible de ver, porque no llegaba la señal. El desayuno escaso y poco variado.

Não gostei de ver barata no quarto, não gostei da porta de entrada do quarto avariada/danificada, nào gostei do ar condicionado avariado(produzir imenso ruido), não gostei da tv avariada(sem imagem/imagem deficiente). Não gostei do comentário da recepcionista "baratas é normal, você não tem baratas em casa"

The staff were amazing in accommodating my last-minute request for a gluten-free breakfast. The location is excellent and the facilities have everything you need for a stay at Monte Gordo.

the hotel is in the final stages of renovation, not everything is finished yet but they informed me beforehand. It is becoming very beautiful. the staff is a big plus; everyone is kind, professional and helpful. the breakfast is amazing. I’ll surely stay in the Casablanca whenever I am in Montegordo.

We paid for half board; food was varied and a good choice - except for anyone that is vegan - but I would think the chef would accomodate for that. The bedroom was a very good size compared to other hotels I have stayed in, good air conditioner, coffee machine and fridge which was a bonus for us during very hot temperatures

The hotel is in need of an update, the shower over the bath really needs to change as the shower curtain was a pain and water would end up on the floor.

I enjoyed everything that I have experience at Casablanca Inn. The staff was very friendly and paying attention to detail. The location was very good.Not far from the beach but in a nice and quietly place. Clean and the food was very good. I enjoyed everything specially Pérola a lady cat very old, 19years and very gentle that lives in Casablanca Inn. I am very happy to be able to go to Monte Gordo and stay in Casablanca Inn. Location was excellent for beach and night life.

It was very dated, I had to change rooms as 1st room I had ants, shower hose didn't stay on wall I had to hold it, and if you don't like cats which do, they walk freely through lobby. I think decor needs updated.pool was small and covered over.

Lovely little hotel with very friendly staff. Better than expected for a 3* hotel. It was not located in the prettiest part of town but had a cosy and friendly feel to it. It was good value for money with a very varied and adequate breakfast buffet included in our price. A three-course dinner was offered at a reduced price for residents and better value than local restaurants. The reception, bar and catering staff could not have been more helpful and upbeat. They have been well-trained. If we return to Monte Gordo we will use the hotel again.

The hotel is a little old-fashioned looking but is perfectly clean. Car parking is limited at the hotel but plenty of free parking is available nearby.
