Es handelt sich um ein familiäres Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal, aber in Ordnung. Das Speisenangebot ist vielfältig, regional und ausreichend. Außerdem ist die Verkehrslage für Europaparkbesucher sehr gut.

Es sind scheinbar viele Familien vor Ort, was sich natürlich auf den Geräuschpegel auswirkt. Leider sind die Duschkabinen etwas klein geraten.

Modern, nice room, delicious dinner on-site. Good breakfast buffet included. Friendly staff. Good blinds. Perfect accomodation for a bicycle trip.

The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed relaxing in the restaurant a breakfast that came with stay we great as well. We weren't prepared for the heat and the fan in the room couldn't cool it enough for people and pet so I purchased a single room to reduce body heat. Just warm summer but you can't beat the location if you are not able to stay on Europa-Park.

So extremely helpful and kind. Even with a language barrier the staff were all so helpful and accommodating. Could not fault our stay

The walls are very thin, you can hear conversations in the next rooms and in the corridor

The hotel is very close to Europapark (7 minutes by car) and it's perfect for a large group (we were 9 people). It's clean, the beds are divided into separate rooms, the place was quite large as well. They offer a nice breakfast as well. We were satisfied!

The bed wasn't very comfortable for me, but my friends had no problems with theirs!
