Una cucina gourmet abitabile con stufa a gas è aperto al soggiorno e ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa.
La casa è stata arredata con lusso e il massimo del comfort, con due letti queen size e un letto king size per ospitare fino a 6 in tutta comodità.
La camera da letto [regina] ha il proprio bagno privato è di dotato di doccia con teste 2 doccia e doppio lavabo vanità.
La camera da letto centrale [re] ha un lettore Blu-ray e una grande TV-schermo piatto insieme con la zona giorno, per quei giorni freddi o piovosi che si desidera solo di rimanere e coccole a casa.

My friends and I had an enjoyable stay here 7/13-7/20. The condo was very clean and was even better than the photos and descriptions.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to be able to properly cook for the week.
The couch was ultra comfortable to lounge in between Ptown Adventures.
Close enough to walk to Stop and Shop
Located at the back of a lot off Franklin street. So it was very quiet as well and not noisy at night.

August was a great host. He was very responsive and accommodating. Allowed early, easy, bag drop off before check in. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location. An easy walk into town while being in a quiet neighborhood.

This was such a beautiful condo that was the perfect walking distance from Commercial street to feel close while also feeling quiet. We had everything we could want and felt so comfortable and relaxed staying here. Would absolutely rebook this place.

The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the porch. The location was great. We like to cook, so we appreciated the well appointed kitchen. It was also very quiet! The place was well insulated and designed (e.g., soft closures on kitchen drawers and cabinets) so that someone could wake up early and not disturb the rest. We highly recommend the place.

We stayed here in late October and had a wonderful visit. The home is perfectly located in the West End with easy walking access everywhere in town, and August was exceptionally responsive and easy to communicate with. For those who cook, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals at home, which was a a nice plus!

This was our 4th stay at the West End Gem. A well-located, well-outfitted, very comfortable unit in a close-to-downtown yet quiet location. The owner, August, is extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We plan to return yet again.

We've been to Ptown many times, but this particular property was our favorite -- clean, spacious, great location, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed. August was highly responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely be back!

Communication was excellent and the property was spotless and well equipped. Easy location for the town and cycling to the beaches. We had teenagers with us and this property and location worked well. Having bikes made it easy to get around. 3rd visit to PTown and we always have a great week. Thankyou !

We loved the property and would consider renting the same unit. The only issue we noticed during our stay was the amount of dog hair throughout the property. One the floor, night stands etc.

This condo truly is a gem. In a quiet location yet close to the center of town, roomy, well-designed and well-outfitted, it has just about everything you would need for a week's stay or longer for up to 6 persons. This includes excellent new split-system ACs and ceiling fans in each room, plus a gas fireplace for cool evenings or mornings. This year's stay was our third, and we couldn't help but notice how the owners make continuous improvements. We're already looking foward to our next stay.

Our stay was great and the location of this spot was superb. August was great at communicating and answering questions quickly. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bedrooms were well equipt. Nothing but positive things to say!

Our stay last year was so fabulous, that we came back for more. Great location on the west side, away from the bulk of the touristy crowds, but close to the best restaurants and shopping in town… not to mention the natural sights that are otherwise hidden, deeper in town.
Easy, warm, and efficient communication with the owner. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay in Provincetown
We had such a relaxing and wonderful time. The deck/balcony was perfect for morning coffee and reading in the Adirondack chairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for making meals at home. We were able to park 2 cars on site and August helped us problem solve to find other parking solutions for our other cars. The house has a storage spot that we were able to keep our rented bikes in. We loved the location and it was only a short walk to Commercial St. We really enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to visit again soon.

The rental was great quality in a good location (easy to walk to bike rental, gym, grocery store, and Commercial Street). The kitchen was well equipped for people who like to cook. The bathrooms had all the essentials and the water pressure was good.

Clean and spacious apartment with a great layout for a group. All the amenities one would need for a long visit.
The location is ideal - not in the middle of the touristy section, but within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town. Up the street from Perry’s (an excellent liquor store) and nearby a bike rental and an expansive Stop & Shop.

Perfect rental!
Myself and 3 friends rented this unit for a week in June and were absolutely thrilled. The unit is exactly as pictured and we couldn’t stop talking about how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were— we had everything we needed! It’s a quick drive to the grocery store or beach, if you will have lots to carry, and we walked to Commercial Street every day. We had one small issue with hot water while we were there and August was incredibly responsive and got the issue fixed ASAP. I will absolutely rent this unit again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this spotless condo. Everything was well organized, clean, well stocked kitchen and laundry. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, pillows and linens.
It was a working vacation and the internet was great.

Beautiful, new condo in a peaceful neighborhood
This property is even better than it seems in the listing -- the moment we walked in, we couldn't believe how clean and new everything looked. The condo is an easy walk down to Commercial Street and is in a beautiful, peaceful area. I couldn't have been happier with this rental.

Lovely Property
Six adults spent a great week in this condo, which was exactly as pictured. The location was great - just a short walk into town - and the neighborhood was very quiet. The owner was very responsive and helped us to locate a third parking spot for one of our vehicles. I would highly recommend This place.
