Very disappointed for a house that supports 12 guests @ $1,200/night. There were minimal kitchen, bathroom supplies; poor maintenance on the house too numerous to outline. Sent a detailed e-mail to Royal Vacation Rentals outlining all the issues with this house. The owner should be held accountable for poor maintenance. Would NOT go back again.

Our overall experience was good. The location of the property was great. However, our experiences with the heating and cooling of the house was unsatisfactory. This was even after the technicians attempted to fix it. The spa was unusable for two days, and we paid extra to have it heated. Due to the above explained circumstances, I feel we should be compensated accordingly.

The pool area and barbecue were perfect for a family with littles…swimming on the Baja shelf was the best! Large open areas inside for the kids to play and then comfy couches to hang out after the kids went to bed!

The property manager had to come and bring glasses and silverware after we were already here. We ran out of toilet paper! The kitchen was not at all well-stocked and we had to go out and buy a wine bottle opener. The basket to clean the pool was dirty and had mold on it. We had to hose the patio down because of the dust storm and the drains in the back didn’t work so then we had to use a broom to move the water into the grass. Nice house and met our needs but needs some repairs.

The home had more than enough room for the 4 families that stayed there. Perfect backyard to go in the pool and relax. The only downside was that the refrigerator had issues and was not getting cold. Property owner was aware and was trying to get it repaired.

Beautiful property and surroundings. The furnishings were a tad dated/worn, but clean.
We had 12 girlfriends and everyone was comfortable with sleeping arrangements.
If you have that many people bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, even plastic utensils, plates, cups as there was no where near enough. We had to make unexpected trips to the store. That being said I would book it again.

Thanks for everything. Only 2 complaints really were that the bar stools are in desperate need of being replaced. It looks like they've been taped and hammered together. 2nd issue was the maids. I discussed with Dana, however even after they came back half way through the stay to fix the things the didn't do previously, we had to ask them to leave some toilet paper for us, they didn't replace any of the soaps so we had to go buy soap for all the bathrooms, they did eventually wash all the sheets and towels, however they didn't put any of the towels back in the bathrooms. Overall, house was great. Time & Dana were great. I'd just recommend getting a new cleaning service. We had a great time otherwise. Thanks again for everything.

Great house! 4 adults and 2 kids enjoyed our week there. Well-equipped and comfortable. Loved the fact that it had various areas to watch different TV shows, read, play games, etc. Would rent again. Suggestions:1. Fans on patio and in casita make strange noises so it is kind of annoying to have them on for any length of time.2. Would have liked clocks in the bedrooms so you know what time it is.3. Thermostats are interesting! All of a sudden it would turn warm inside without us touching them. Need better instructions on how to set them.4. Would have liked a garage door opener for the 2-car garage. Without one, you have to get out of the car and go inside to open or shut the door

This is our 4 year in Palm Springs. We stayed at this place every time never disappointed, staying on one of the best golf course around.House is amazing we had 8 guys and there was a lot of room. The view of pool overlooking the 14th hole Wow!! We had a issue with the fridge it took almost three days before it would keep our beer cold and ice maker wasn’t working. There was a phone number to call if any issues but being guys we bought coolers and ice as long the beer was cold we where happy Lol!!! A big plus was we had a Costco around the corner from us!! There is plenty of restaurants and bars around us!! But a big shout out to the staff at vacation rentals they are amazing people to deal with we will be back next year again!!!

We would not rent this property again, unless the inside had been upgraded. It was not what we expected, given the amount of money that we paid.

Great place for large families
Beautiful home that we plan to reserve again in the future. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, pool table, pool and jacuzzi, with great instructions on how to use. The only recommendation is that for this price point there really should be more towels, dishes, glasses, napkins, etc. Not just the basics. Also recommend a golf cart. Overall a great family vacation.

Eight ladies rented this house for a fun Pickleball weekend. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 with King beds and 1 with 2 queens. Excellent pool, spa and outdoor area as well. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great communication from the rental office. Will definitely rent this home again.

Underwhelmed for the price paid
This house was not up to par. Prior to our visit we got multiple phone calls regarding a delivery for new patio furniture, which was not there when we arrived. Instead they asked us to accept a shipment incase it came during our stay. The backyard on arrival was so dirty with screws and tools all over backyard and parts hanging off. The house was very dirty found food all over bedroom floors and sent pictures. Also the refrigerator broke and when I called in they said to find thr one in the garage. They also mentioned they’d send a tech the first night which they never did and all our food and drinks went bad. Including my milk for my baby. Nice neighborhood but very unimpressed with the upkeep of the home & overall lack of help from the property management company

Great Stay
Everything was great except for a few minor issues. The fridge inside wasn’t getting cold enough so we kept having to use the fridge on the garage. The pool was a little cloudy and needed to be cleaned (not too bad). The jets on the tub in the master bath only work if you hold the button down the entire time.
Other than that it was great. Very beautiful home. I would definitely come back.

Fantastic!
This property is fantastic. If you’re going to La Quinta to play golf, this location can’t be beat. Centrally located with easy access to all of the PGA Courses. The house was just as advertised: pool and spa were spacious with a great view of the 14th green of the Nicklaus Tournament Course. Bedrooms were large, beds were extremely comfortable. The house was ideal for my wife and I and our three kids. I highly recommend it!

The air conditioning seemed to not work
They property was very clean and nice. The instructions for check in and out were made easy. The air conditioning didn’t seem too cool below 77 degrees in the bedrooms and was even warmer in the 80s in the bedrooms during the days. Otherwise the house was great.

Gorgeous view!
Gorgeous view! There were a lot of little things that needed to be attended to. Oven was not working when we got there, light bulbs out, outdoor fireplace did not work very well. Stains on rug. Just a lot of little things. The rental company was excellent but I was a little taken aback when such a gorgeous home was not very well-equipped. All in all, the stay was wonderful!
