The size of the room and the location of the hotel.

Dirty dishes, worn out towels, old facilities with bad maintenance. Noisy environment, could hear the TV on the floor above mine. Uncomfortable beds

-Property was easy to find -Parking right outside

-rooms are old and dated -beds are uncomfortable -extremely noisy from across each room -bathrooms are horrible and you can hear other rooms flush their toilets, the decor is like being at hungry jacks

The room spacious, comfortable and clean

The only minus would be the location a little far but for those who rent a car is great. Public buses are every 30 minutes ish.

All staff was really nice and Kind with us and specially with children. We love Patrícia and they love with our sons. Room have lot of space and Even when we dont have some things (cups, plates,..) if we ask they kindly give it To us.

It was the first night in sardinia arriving 4am so I cant make too many comments, it was just fine for what we needed

The receptionists were fantastic and they made our stay even better. We arrived just after 12pm so we were too early to check in but the receptionist found us a room and allowed us to check in early. During our stay we had to go to reception a few times for queries and the staff were fantastic and answered any questions we had. When we checked out the receptionist went out of her way to ensure we could get a taxi to the airport. The local taxi service was very busy so it was difficult to get a driver but she stayed on the phone to try get a taxi for us.

The air in the room could have been cooler. The air was cold but we would have preferred to be colder after coming in from the hot sunshine.
