The facilities were good. Due to the central location parking is an issue but they have parking under the hotel accessed by a vehicle lift.

Big rooms, nice bathroom, a bit noisy on the street at night. The breakfast "a la carte" in the bar (not everybody needs a big/full breakfast)

Liked the welcome friendly greeting by Ana , and the time she spent explaining everything to us. And also loved our room. In fact we stayed an xtra night that's how good it was.

The hotel is perfectly located very close to all the good stuff in Vallodolid. The underground parking was easily accessible via a lift and very secure with camera coverage to Reception. The room was absolutely fantastic with a very large separate bathroom with both bath and shower. The room was light and luxurious with a huge comfortable bed and excellent bedding.

The hotel uses the bar to provide a wide range of bar snacks in the evening and breakfast. All the food we had was excellent but the starters were huge which didn't leave much room for the main.

Very quiet, good size room with spacious bathroom. Very close to old town centre.

Pillows were uncomfortable. No kettle and no complimentary bottled water in the room.
