Breakfast was good, hoping for more diversity, but overall very tasty. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was very friendly. They even helped me out with a flat tire I had while traveling.

Service is over the top, I went with my son and the people were extremely helpful and nice to our family. they even help me to park in a busy street. the food is pretty good too and really local which is amazing. The room is more comfortable than I ever expected and it is really close to the visitor center in Petra. I would definitely come back.

if you are by car you need to check out for parking in the area as the hotel has none. you can always find a spot i noticed but maybe because i went out of season.

Value for money , clean budget hotel. Staff (all) are very good.. The transport to drop and pick up from Petra entrance is very useful. Located close to some good eateries

Impossibile to open the windows in the room

Without out permission they entered our room and started to drilling some holes into the walls. Our room was full of dust after.

The room was big, warm and very comfortable bed, the breakfast was good, could have been much better, the restaurant staff try to keep their custumers happy, walking ditance to the city, clean and smart furniture in the room and the lobby.

The bathroom had no good lighting, there is bathtube but its not well desing, showers will be best insted, the internet didn't really work and we were without power one night but the staff didn't try to make up with a drink or anything, the staff were too distant but never rude.

Clean, gorgeous rooftop views, super friendly and accomodating staff who did everything to make our staff wonderful.

Room was clean. WiFi connection could be better, but good enough. Breakfast was a small buffet but had everything you need. Personal was friendly and helpful. Location is okay, it is not so far away but also not in the near of Petra. it is around 20 minutes by walking.

The room was not ready at check in time, so we needed to wait a bit extra.

Taps were broken. There was no toilet brush. They give one towel to two people. The room was staring at the ground across the room.

The room was amazing and the staff super helpfull. There also is a shuttle to the Petra visitor’s centre so no need to worry about taxi’s

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view of Petra. There are lots of supermarkets and cafes on the same street. It is walking distance to the lost city so we didn’t need to book a taxi once for the few days we spent there. Khaldoun was the most amazing host who helped us a lot with our travel plans and made us feel so at home! I would definitely recommend this gem of a hotel to others.

No Electric Kettle and Tea/ Coffee Facility in Room. 25-30 minutes walk to Visitors’ Centre.

Close to the center and big room , food was delicious, there's a park near by , the stuff were great, Ali and khaldun very helpful, clean, good to recommend it for anyone coming to Petra
