some staff is not serving properly. I have asked one staff for milkshake and ice cream and he told me to seat at tea lounge, he will come to take order. 30 min. I was waited there but he didn’t come.

Toilets in Reception need a lot to be desired..

The location is good if you are travelling by train to Pune and then train stops at Shivaji Nagar station.

The breakfast is below average. The jain food options were uniformly bad. Sometimes they make all sambhar-idli jain, sometimes they don't. Despite early and special requests, they routinely goofed up on jain food preference. Wish they put more customer service attention in breakfast. Also, all the staff was not table specific and everybody was running around everywhere - a comically chaotic scene for a breakfast in a hotel. The fresh fruit and fruit juice quality was terrible and worse than a college canteen fruit juice. Dessert / bakery can be all eggless instead of one or two items with eggs.

Central Location in Pune

Cleanliness in rooms was not good. Property was not maintained well at all. Furniture and doors were decaying. Breakfast was mediocre.

Very aged. Everything in the room right from the bathtub to furniture looked worn out.
