The location of the hotel is central which convinced me to stay there.

The building condition, facilities and level of cleanliness are poor. Moreover, there is no proper connection of WiFi, it does not work particularly in the room.

The receptionists are kind and welcoming, I wanted to stay more just for their kindness, but the place did not help due to the poor Wifi connection. I also liked the view.

I was planning to stay for 10 days, but I just stayed one night. There was no internet in my room (basically in the whole building because I asked them to send me to another room, and they said there was not a good internet connection in any of them), and I need to to work and study. The location is good, but the furniture is old and needs refurbishment.

l was so pleased they were still open at 1.30 when I got there thanks to Cairo air being 3.5 hours late for no given reason.

leak in bathroom dripping on sodden roll of toilet paper then onto slippery wet floor. one floor towel. but hey you know roughly how cheap the place is and it’s position and you read all the critics so you know what to expect.

The staff are quite warm and friendly. But they're getting quite old. Perhaps a family property ownership.

the stuff is horrible, the first thing happened when I can they told me we cannot check you in since the wifi is not working on our computer.
