Lovely big rooms, good location

Staff quite grumpy. Noone available to show you to your room. Not enough sun beds. Food quite repetitive if all inclusive. Only 1 key for 4 people in room.

Everything else was good

No Satellite TV, and told reception twice.Also extra pot, no frying scoop, no tin opener

Quiet place, good location for trips, really cheap

Water from tap was salty. Ants were everywhere. It was cold in the night and we had only two blankets for four persons. I had to ask twice two more blankets before I got its.

Pool gardens and room were nice

Food very poor quality. Tinned and frozen products. The cheapest products. Worst food ever in Mallorca.

The property was lovely and clean

I was put in a room that I didn’t book they changed my room 4 days late

The rooms need some work, the water in the bathroom didn’t work, the fridge was filthy…

Location was excellent a pool on our doorstep which I don’t think many knew about drinks food when you wanted something staff efficient

I’ve stayed in club Martha’s and found the facilities slightly better

The pool was good and the buffet was alright. Martha’s pizzas were quite good.

We had ants in our appartement during the whole stay, they were coming from everywhere and the appartement wasn’t clean enough.

Pool

Good fresh food, not that much choices but lives up to the price. Food ingredients were not bad they had meat, lamb, mussels etc. and one night of Sushi (not an amazing sushi but at least something diferente) serving with many different kinds of beverages beer wines sodas etc. The shows at night was good. They had Flamenco dance show and Music quiz was very fun. The pools were amazing. They had 3 pools optional for hanging around with all inclusive cocktails and others drinks. The staff were so nice and they were very strict about wearing mask in the food area which is good.

As many people said, the cleanliness need to be improved. Lots of ants and tap water is very salty, the water temperature fluctuated. The bed was not that comfortable.

Liked that the drinks are all inclusive and there was a lot of different things to do on site.

The food was awful - no variety and started to all taste the same. Either undercooked or over cooked and was really disappointed. No vegan options other than salad. You have to pay for literally all other ‘extras’ pool table over priced at €2 / tennis a rip off / football pitch nets broken / gym always fully booked / some members of stafff are amazing - others literally either did not care about the clients or where extremely rude / inattentive / unable to answer basic questions or requests. 2 additional restaurants you have to pay to use and are not included within the cost. No information on transfers to had to pay over €200 in taxis which was a right faff. The apartment was nice, good location to the pool and air con worked. Liked the fact it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. However the ants are a nightmare you can’t leave a crumb without millions of them. also got bitten like crazy and normally never have an issue. The whole place was average, nothing special, nothing too bad however commutation lacking massively.

Very nice resort, and staff was super friendly. Hands up for 1€ reusable cup cap for all inclusive drinks! Atmosphere was super nice, food average but nothing to complain about, you get what you pay for. As we been staying just after borders been open, hotel was not crowded so did not had any lines at the bar at evening.

Loungers at the pool could be reclined, just a suggestion.

Accommodation didn’t have WiFi even though it specifically says WiFi is included. Spoke to 2 staff and nothing was done for us - on top of that I upgraded my room and paid abit more!
