Close to the hospital and was an Ibis

This hotel was the most expensive per night in the area - we stayed here to visit the hospital and had looked at others further out that would have been more suitable if we didn't have to travel. The hotel did not provide bath mats or bottled water in the room - we were told this was not an option in the room but yet we paid a higher price per room than the other high end brand hotels in the area. Honesty, not good value for money at all

We had breakfast very early at 6 am and the coffee and the tea werent ready yet. Others were okay We still could heard other room and the lift sound

The room is clean, the bed is comfy, bathroom is ok. Breakfast menu is good, all ok for a 35usd/night at the city centre of Denpasar. The restaurant staff are warm and friendly.

Small details like ; The carpet smell at the corridor through out the room. The booking was confirmed for 2 adults but inside the room the amenities was only prepared for only 1 (toohbrush,toothpaste,flipflop). The reception staff (male) on duty for the night shift on 25 februari is lack of hospitality, no greetings and pretending didn't see us coming.
