Location. Cleanliness and comfort. Nice breakfast.

Liked everything . They could add safe boxes in the room although is very safe.

Spacious room and comfortable bed, very clean. We loved the little balcony.

The TV had only channels in Italian. The breakfast needs substantial improvement. Most of the time there were no cold slices left and the staff was very unwelcoming. We were staying in superior room and were told to move to a smaller table that the one we had already sat at. They crammed everyone in one corner while no one was sitting in the visibly bigger part of the dining area. No one actually came to sit at the table we had selected. Eventually another couple came and they were told to sit wherever they want. I thought this was very rude. The juices were from artificial concentrate and the products were cheap and amounts left out insufficient. If the cakes were gone they were not replaced. Every time I got up to take a clean plate I was stared down by the attendant as she was clearly annoyed that she would have to clean more plates. I thought they were rude. On another occasion the woman asked us for our room upon entry and I said it in English and APPARENTLY she was pointing out at the number in her book but I did not even realise. Eventually she just stared at me like a supervisor, pointing at her book and visibly annoyed. Not a friendly welcome. Maybe they just don't like non Italian speakers but unfortunately English is the way people communicate across Europe these days. Needless to say, I am not a native English speaker either. Also, being Italy I would have thought that a superior room would have an espresso maker as opposed to soluble coffee only.

Little hard to find

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel in general has been tastefully renovated and spotlessly clean. .We booked the superior room with balcony and our room was spacious and had the most amazing views. We parked in parking station 6 and it was literally 3 minutes down a fairly steep path to the hotel. The included breakfast had a good selection. We loved this hotel and the location. We would definitely recommend if you are staying overnight or a few nights in San Marino.

Whilst we appreciated the lift, it is probably the slowest lift we have ever used. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was comfortable and clean, beautiful area close to all restaurants would definitely stay again

Location, friendly staff and lovely breakfast.

Very noisy hotel. Other guests were being fully noisy and loud at 7 am! While the cleaners would start cleaning and hoovering the other rooms at 9 am when the check out is at 11am. I find this completely unacceptable as they basically force you to get up!

Location was perfect view of the mountains from our terrace was very nice. Parking at no 6 or 7 as described was easy to follow. Special place

The staff were fantastic and the location was perhaps the best place in San Marino. The wifi was pretty decent and breakfast was included in the price.

The area around the hotel was very noisy, but that's the downside of having a location right in the middle of old town and for me, that was a fair trade-off.

Apartment was absolutely spotless. Bathroom in particular. Very friendly staff, breakfast was acceptable. Comfy bed.

Coffee machine at breakfast wasn't the best. Would have liked some fresh fruit on offer too

The shower needed a rack to put soap, shampoo, etc. on instead of the shower floor.

Wonderful Site, Amazing Views, Great Staff and perfect accommodations. Plenty to explore and see at the area. Highly recommend to others.

We requested a twin room but it was a double so they gave us two rooms instead. Both rooms were good and the main one had a fantastic view from it's own balcony. There was no extra charge.

Breakfast was simple but totally adequate with a bit of everything just no hot section.

Nice clean and tidy, great location right in the cento of San Marino.

The shower is tiny, a normal sized person barely fits.
