Nice location, room with kitchenette and a little patio. Right in front of the sea where you have breakfast

The pictures of the room showed it was with a room with sea view, but it wasn’t. We left the luggage in the room before the time of check-in while they were cleaning it, and they left the keys in the lock outside, so it wasn’t very safe, considering that our room was the first thing you see when you enter the property. The staff wasn’t very welcoming and when paying by credit card the traveller tax, without telling me she added a commission.

The location is incredible. The bed comfortable, shower lovely.

Beautiful sea view from the room. Nice location near the archeological site of olbia. Not far from train station and shops.

Great location and really friendly staff. The space was clean and well equipped, and the bathroom had a great shower.

We were expecting a sea view but didn’t have one.. but we may have missed that in the small print of our room. The mattress was very, very firm!

The location is very good. The furniture is old and the room smells like a cat, I asked the owner to clean it again and she told me to change the hotel, was not free at all. The owners had run large dogs without a muzzle and cats. The internet only worked at the reception where the dogs and cats were. But the beaches around are fantastic

close to beach, town and to take ferry. nice host room was spacious. easy check in

our room (although advertised) had no view or access to beach front so in essence too expensive. no toiletries, a bit untidy (floor was dirty so for crawling and toddlers no good) for €200 a night for a room with 1,5 beds that basically sits to the road has no access to beach/ nor view ( we were i. rear room) or a view nor toiletries is ok as base but not value for money.
