Location good. Spa bath good except for the infestation of ants in the bathroom.

Not enough crockery, cutlery, heating. Only two channels on the TV were acceptable. The rest were a blur. The dishes were dirty. Ant infestation in the bathroom. Stained carpet. Stained furniture. The bathroom skylight had obviously been leaking and all the paint and wallpaper was peeling off around it. I wish I had taken pictures. The night before we had stayed in a really luxury apartment for only $50 more. Very, very disappointed.

Easy to find, off street parking, spacious rooms, good kitchen facilities, good heating, fresh milk.

Our shower had a sewer smell to it so was unusable, it was cleaned again but the smell lingered. We were on a roadside suite which was very noisy.

many beds but single beds are too small if you are big. the third room upstair can even be a room as it is only fence by a sliding door which you can heard every noise from downstair and even just walk pass by.

Extremely noisy with guest drinking and smoking weed outside. The milk they gave us was curdled and everything in the kitchen was disgustingly dirty and oven door had not been cleaned in a very long time, had to clean everything in the kitchen cupboard before anything could be used as everything had food residue and was sticky, broken chairs outside so couldn't use them and couch was broken as well . Blood or something was on more than one wall. Top bedding has stains on them and rubbish under the beds. Cleaners serviced the room and broke a phone charger which had been put behind a bag so they must have moved the bag and stood on the charger they had no reason to be in that bedroom as they didn't bother making the bed. Told the manager and she didn't seem fazed by it , I requested that we do not have a service for the remainder of our stay (3 days) as we didn't want anything else broken and we would put our towels out to be changed but they ignored our request and did anyway. Bath and shower both needed a good scrub. Very disappointed in the service and condition of this motel which is a shame as I work as a cleaner at an assure motel so I know that this place does not live up to the standards that I expect from an assure motel. Will be passing on photo evidence. Definitely do not recommend staying here.
