The apartment is very clean and it's location is perfect (there's supermarket, restaurant and the private beach with sunbeds and parasols so close). Maria is kind and helpful person. She gave us very practical tourist informations to visit Venice. We have a happy and perfect holiday there.

Only one little thing: the bed mattresses was little uncomfortable for us because we prefer the softer beds but there're hard mattresses I think with springs in it. We like better the softer foam mattresses but I think every people like different things so it's impossible to favor everyone.

Near the beach

Checking out time was 9 o’clock. But the yard where we can unpack and pack in was full of cars at that time( 3 cars) we could park neither there nor front of the house in the street . It was full of cars, too So we decided to start packing 30 minutes later at 9.30 when the other cars had left. The owner did not like that at all. We left 9.50. Apart from this, everything was perfect. Maria is a very nice and helpful person in every way. :)

Maria and Luisa, the owners of the property, are very nice and the friendly atmosphere is the one of the reasons why we are returning every year.
