La situation géographique, l'accueil,
La literie était épouvantable, matelas très mou ! Il y avait un tel creux au millieu du matelas que j'avais du mal à sortir du lit et les oreillers soit ils étaient trop durs ou trop mous... La 1ère nuit je n'ai dormi que 2 h tellement j'avais mal au dos! Les chambres exigues et sombres. Propreté très moyen mais je ne veux pas accabler les jeunes femmes qui faisaient le ménage elles devaient certainement faire beaucoup de chambres en très peu de temps et peu de salaires... La Direction ne devait pas connaître les produits comme le Cif pour la douche et l'Ajax vitre pour le reste. Fenêtre sale aussi...

Location was perfect for leaving the ferry late in the evening. Very easy to find. The breakfast was perfect - thank you! Very helpful staff and great storage room for bikes.
Shower too weak. Hot water too she’s to come in.

Lights in corridor off so pitch black without even sensor to come on?? Have had to use phone to arch for both arrival and to find lift button :(

Bathroom cramped, poor facilities for drying clothes - important for multi-day cycle tour from Dieppe. Not just me, others found the heater control difficult to use, maybe defective. No information online about breakfast, found out on arrival.

Regular stopover on cycle trips with secure bike storage, great breakfast
Rooms looking really tired and dated, carpet suspect, beds are very worn in with the shape of numerous guests. The ibis down the road is far superior at similar price.

The most unfriendly staff I've ever experienced in my life. I could forgive the zero knowledge of any other language than French, but her unkindness, rudeness and indifference were out of this world. The hotel has a good location, it's near the train station and not too far from the ferry, but the lady at the reception will definitely prevent me from coming here ever again. Good luck!
