Great location, very nice and big apartment, fully equipped, very good wifi, really close to the center. Accessories in the bathroom - this was also very big. Everything nice, new and perfect. Very good candies in the apartment and also coffee and tea. Communication good - in the time we´ve arrived there was only person, who didn´t speak english - but we are Slovak, so no problem. But the owner send us sms about this situation, and also mobile phone, if we have problem with communication.

The bed could be a little bit wider - but I know, that in Polland are usually smaller beds as we are used to. :) Parking could be also bigger - it is quite hard to get in and out if you are parking on the side by the stream. But it is possible, so don´t worry - parking camera in the car was useful.

Clean, comfortable, big .. generally band great place to stay..and 5 minutes from the main strip, will stay here again for sure... excellent accomodation..highly recommended

Flexibility and kindness of the hosts. The Chorny Potok (Black creek) close to the house makes a special, lovely atmosphere. There is a fantastic playground in the neighbourhood, ideal for children! The rooms in reality are much bigger than you may think based on the photos! Theres is no air conditioning but we didn't needed this because of the pleasant weather.

Only one little thing: there was no freezer so we couldn't freeze our ice batteries so the excellent polish butters melted a bit on our 4 hours travel to home. I suggested to the hosts to purchase at least one common freezer for the rooms to avoid those problems. But thanks god the butters remained edible so there was no problem, really.

We liked the style of the building, the apartment was spacious and clean, little balcony, great shower room, bedroom up on the higher level up the spiral staircase. Hosts were nice, checkin process quick and easy, as was payment process. We appreciated the free bottle of wine and the sweets. Hand sanitiser inside the communal front door and also in the room. Hosts were contactable for any issues. Secure and free off road parking for our car was highly appreciated. Short walk into town through the park. Also allowed to check in one hour early which was appreciated. We liked Zakopane and we will surely go back there, we would happily stay here again when we do.

Not a criticism, just information for future guests - walking through the park across the little bridge was the shortest and quickest route into town on foot, but take a little torch at night for the last bit leading from the park to the little bridge. The area felt very safe though. Spiral staircase up to the bed may be an issue for older or less mobile folks.

The location is very nice, not even on a 5 min walking distance from the little town center . The host was very friendly and helpful, spoke a good word of English. The apartment is well equipped and there is a free parking space on the property. The beds were very comfortable.

Even though it has everything, everything could have been a little bit bigger. The kitchen table is very small, and there is not a lot of space on the kitchen top.
