La cucina è ben attrezzata, proprio come a casa. Piscina di grandi dimensioni con riscaldamento e vasca idromassaggio. Tra la posizione della casa vicino all'oceano e le comodità della casa, ti sentirai come in un resort di lusso, ma con la privacy. Ci sono biciclette nel garage per il tuo piacere. L'Oceanside Village, il museo d'arte, il Riverside Theatre, il Riverside Park / Memorial Island e i negozi sulla spiaggia sono facilmente raggiungibili in 1,5 - 2 miglia da questa località. We were very impressed by this property. The house is cozy and beautiful and equipped with everything you need for family vacation. The pool is simply amazing! Definitely we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Mary was an awesome hostess, house was super clean and stocked. We loved the location, river bay at one end of street and couple blocks down the other end was a nice private beach. Mary has convienent wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, and everything you need. We did a vaca but also had to work, plenty of spaces to work from. Our favorite spot was the lanai area by the pool. We look fowarded to staying again.

If we could give Mary ten stars we would! We can’t say enough about her lovely Vero Beach home! This home is a private oasis that is surrounded by lush trees and scrubs in a gated community a few blocks from a gorgeous beach. The house is very clean, well maintained and well equipped with everything we needed for our extended stay. We used the bicycles to explore the area. And, the cart with chairs and towels made it easy to enjoy the beach. We are swimmers and really appreciated the large pool and hot tub. The spacious covered outdoor patio is terrific and we enjoyed it every day! There was plenty of room for our company with the extra bedrooms & bathrooms. Our company really enjoyed the pool table and the piano. Mary and Paul were very attentive and helpful. We are already booked for our next two-month stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend booking your stay here. Mary's place is a wonderful oasis to relax and just soak in the sunshine! The home is situated in a quiet, private gated neighborhood. Most of the days my wife and I relaxed in the lanai area or soaked in the beautiful pool. We also took afternoon walks on the private beach a couple of blocks away from the home.
The property is very private as it is surrounded by lush trees and hedges. You feel like you're in a private resort! It also has all the amenities you need. Don't waste your time searching the multitudes of places to stay, just stay here! You won't regret it!
We plan on returning later this year if it's available.

Our group of 5, sometimes 6 people, stayed here one week. Two preteen boys spent their time both by being in the pool and playing pool. Two ladies in their 40s got much needed R and R, pool side relaxing in the quiet environment. And two seniors got to play games with the grandkids, in and out of the pool, while also entertaining friends and family by grilling pool side and dining in the covered patio area, with plenty of seating. All of us liked our comfy beds and that there each bdrm had its own bath. Mary was an attentive host, meeting us and checking in from time to time. The area is very lovely, quiet, lush and private. I highly recommend this property. It's the 3rd house we've rented in Vero, but the best of them all.

PERFECTION
My husband and I stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. The heated pool, hot tub and spacious outdoor seating was just what we needed after a tough winter! The bedrooms were comfortable for company, allowing privacy and the game room was a hit! I highly recommend this home!

Comfortable home in a wonderful beach community
My family and I had a nice relaxing week at this property. Mary is a great host and provided clear directions/instructions for the house, recommendations for restaurants/activities, etc. The house itself was comfortable and we especially liked the fact that the home has a large pool, hot tub, beach access and lots of pool toys, bikes and games. It is stocked with virtually everything you would need. Additionally, the home is a short drive to restaurants/shops, and the local beach and neighborhood are both beautiful!
Two very minor cons were that the house is a little dated and the pool never got warm enough for us to really enjoy it. That was mainly due to colder weather, but we did pay extra for the pool heat and it didn’t seem to do much.
Overall, this is a great option for the Vero Beach area.

Great Vacation in Vero Beach!
We enjoyed our stay in Castaway Cove. The house and location are fantastic. A short walk to both the bay and beach. Love the pool, heated to 88F! Mary is great to work with, and very responsive to any questions that we had. Hope to be back soon.

Perfect house for family gathering!
This house was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation! We spent most of our time outside by the pool and hot tub and the area is so private and beautiful with all of the plants and flowers. The house was very clean and worked well for our family. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which was very convenient. The house has a terrific location, just a short walk to the ocean and a quick drive to restaurants, shops, parks etc. The host was warm, welcoming and extremely responsive.

Great stay in Vero!
This house is perfect for the large family. It was our family of four plus in-laws. The room setup was perfect. The house had everything. We needed for our week-long stay. The beach is a short walk and there was plenty of beach gear we used.
Mary was a great host accommodating our super late check in and she got back to us quickly to answer questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way
Our stay here exceeded all of our expectations. There was always something to do, from swimming, playing pool, to bike rides. It's in a perfect location close to our favorite restaurants and the neighborhood is just lovely to walk. Mary and Paul did a wonderful job of making sure their guests feel like they are at home. We highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to come back.

Exceptional Host
Mary is fantastic and worked with us through a difficult issue. We are local and needed a place to stay while dealing with a plumbing issue. Mary was so flexible with us, it was fantastic and she deserves 10 stars.
The home has plenty to do, including pool and beach access, but unfortunately it was raining the entire weekend. No worries though, the pool table, dart board and games gave us plenty of entertainment. This is a wonderful vacation destination with plenty of space for kids while giving parents privacy when needed. The proximity to everything Vero has to offer us perfect and the home is exceptionally maintained.

Phenomenal stay!
Our family had an excellent experience during our stay. Mary’s communications were lightning fast and her willingness to accommodate was bar none. The home itself was very clean, closely situated to the beach, and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. There was plenty to do as well without going to the beach. We enjoyed using the pool, pool table, playing the piano, cards, Scrabble and the list goes on.
Our daughter has a bear which she has had since she was a newborn (she is now 11). She never sleeps without it, so logically the bear came along on vacation. On our way home she realized she left him behind. Mary went to the house, searched and found Bear, and mailed him back!!!
Mary- your attention to detail is very much appreciated. We will forever be grateful for your search and rescue. The sentimental value of the bear is invaluable to our daughter.

True Escape
Mary was extremely responsive during the booking process and this carried through for the whole week. She and Paul met us for check-in and gave us a tour of the home, which is even better than pictured!
The back yard is an oasis that can’t be overstated and the walk to the beach is short and manageable, even with kids and all the beach stuff. The beach was lovely and private—just what we needed.
The home itself is well-maintained, comfortable and has a well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. There are tv’s everywhere if that’s your thing and even a nice office space off the MBR.
I could say lots more about our stay and all of it would be great! Loved the location and the home and very much enjoyed meeting Mary and Paul.

Great family getaway
Our family has a great time at this rental. The house is very large and well equipped. It is clean and has everything we needed to enjoy a great time in Florida. The backyard is where we spent the majority of our time, when home. It is wonderful! The beach is very close (just be patient crossing a1a)! We were able to use the bikes and bike to town for lunch, coffee, ice cream, etc almost every day! We also took advantage of the little fishing spot in the neighborhood - on the river - and were able to catch pompano, red fish, catfish and even a little ray! So much fun! Mary and Paul are great hosts and their home is a perfect spot!

Beautiful home with perfect outdoor amenities
We absolutely loved Paul and Mary’s home. We spent all of our time on the back porch, which was so perfect for swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, playing cards, eating meals, and watching TV. The house had everything we needed and more! Mary even bought a new blue tooth speaker for us and delivered it to the house.
Short walk across the street to a beautiful private beach that we visited daily. We took runs and bike rides around the neighborhood as well, which was gorgeous and very safe. We thought the house was in a great location, very close to everything we needed. We could not have asked for a more perfect and relaxing vacation. There were 8 of us, and we were all very comfortable with our own beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom as well. Large home with plenty of space. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy. We won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Fabulous Family Time
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We played darts, cards, pool, swam in the pool and the ocean. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back in the future!

Vero Beach at it's best...
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home near the ocean in Vero Beach. The home is very well appointed and has a beautiful pool and hot tub as it's centerpiece. This 3 bedroom 3 bath house is very comfortable and inviting. The host's are fabulous and accommodating. The location is great and perfectly situated between the ocean and Indian River lagoon. An easy 5 minute walk in either direction. We really enjoyed our 5 week stay and appreciated that the home was also pet friendly. We would highly recommend this great vacation home in Vero Beach. home

GREAT PROFESSIONAL RETREAT
This home is ideally suited for a relaxing vacation. The pool, hot tub, pool table, and large spacious rooms supported our family's active life at home. Even though for several days the weather was overcast and cold during our stay, the covered outdoor space and pool area were popular with all ages. The kitchen was well stocked to just add our groceries. The king beds were especially comfortable, and with a full bathroom for each bedroom, the bedrooms became comfortable personal retreats for our teen and preteen children. The community has restricted access providing safe biking, walking and jogging on the streets. Our teenage fisherman enjoyed the community's Indian River park for fishing.. Even on overcast days, the family enjoyed visiting the nearby beach. This home is close to the Miracle MIle Vero Beach stores and services. Thank you Mary for being a wonderful and responsive owner!! We hope to be back soon !!
