The apartment and all the facilities were very clean and nice. Mate, the host, was really kind and helpful throughout our stay. He also texted me beforehand to arrange to be there to give us the keys and to show us the facilities. He was very kind to wait for us as we had a flight delay. Moreover, the location was amazing. It is a quiet area by the sea and only few minutes drive from Zadar. We will definitely go back there!

Location is awesome. Apartment was really nice, spacious, comfy and clean.

Nothing to dislike. Just a comment on a very small shower cabin for a such a spacious apartment, but more wondering about.

Amazing view over the sea which is 1 minute walk away. Pool is also great to relax and enjoy. Place was clean and tidy, everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

Terrace was nice. Stuff were okay.

Everything was overall bad. Apartment didn't have locks on the doors, fridge needed ages for cooling. Table was broken. Tv was small. Pool was too small for amount of people. No proper parking . No privacy. Landlord lives close by so he was scouting the whole time.

This accommodation consists of the two buildings, one (near the pool) has six apartments, the other has four of them. We got the second one, our room was on the top floor and had a roof-top terrace. We were welcomed by Mate, the responsible person there, by the time we agreed and then (after cold refreshments ;-)) he accompanied us to our apartment. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed. We often used the terrace for breakfast/dinner, it has a nice view to the sea and the village of Kožino. The sea is located few minutes walk from the complex and the nearest beach has a very small pebble beach and a concrete sidewalk with benches and places to lay your towels/sunbeds. Few steps away you can find more smaller beaches, mainly located in the front of the houses next to the beach. There are few restaurants near (around 800 meters towards Petrčane or the main road to Zadar) and a small shop just few minutes from the house. We also enjoyed the swimming pool near the buildings.

Mate was very helpfull all the way, one friend arrived earlier and he was there to assist and give the keys, also he gave us plenty of advise on what to do in the area where to go in zadar restaurants recommendations, the place looks even better than the picture, we loved it.
