It is in a calm part outside of Pescara, in a residential area. The lady is super nice, i think we had the largest breakfast ever in a BnB place. The room is clean and nice, smartly arranged.

The access to the sea is a bit complicated. The shortest way goes under a scary looking train bridge (smth like 150 cm tall only, under which you walk on some grids that keeps you from falling into the canal), the longer way takes you about 10-15 min walk to get there.

amazing place to stay in Pescara. the bnb is very close to the beach, less than a five minute walk. the hotel has everything youd need and the host is absolutely amazing. she greeted us and made us feel like we were at home. couldn't recommend staying here enough and it was amazing value for money.

the host was welcoming and the accommodation is close to the beach which is a big plus, otherwise it’s very basic in terms of facilities and comfort

shared bathroom - we had to knock on the door to signal that we were waiting for our turn… also no phonic isolation so hope for silent neighbors.. as the name breakfast is in the title I would have expected a real breakfast which was not the case, only store brought pastries (wrapped in plastic), butter, yogourt, milk and coffee… a bit disappointing comparing to an experience the previous day in another city where the breakfast was richly provided with a wide variety of product and fresh fruit! in conclusion this part can be easily improved with a bit of effort!

The staff couldn't do enough to help, lovely people. The room was pleasant, quaint and clean. Breakfast was easy serve and staff there to help. Location was amazing, 5 mins from the beach and also from an amazing restaurant - Ristorante Pizzeria Florio. The best Italian food I have ever had.

There is nothing at all, it was wonderful.

The Host was super nice and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. And located near the beach.
