I loved the service, the staff provided better service than in European countries❤️ I loved their attention to details. This is a five star plus location the entire staff is excellent from the front desk, to the, kitchen staff.

I wanted to see more local African cuisine on the menu because after all, it is an African country.

Always my favourite hotel in Freetown. Excellent food, comfy beds, everything in excellent condition. Its a shame the prices have gone up but it is still worth it!

It has a gym and an excellent personal trainer. The location is good - it is close to Lumley Beach, and also easy to get to the town centre.

On arrival at the hotel, they insisted we pay in advance. Other hotels in Freetown ask for your credit card, but don't take the payment until you're checking out. On several occasions when we went down for breakfast, we had to ask the staff to refill items - there were just scraps left! Also, on three occasions, we had to ring reception to ask for hand towels and toilet roll - these hadn't been replaced when the room was cleaned. The parking facilities were inadequate for resident guests, and parts of the hotel need a bit of sprucing up. When we asked to see the manager about an issue, the girl on reception just relayed a message from him - he didn't bother coming out to see us, or follow up afterwards to check everything was okay.

This hotel has more comfortable rooms than some 5 star hotels in London or Paris

The staff were exceptional and the rooms were always cleaned.

This hotel is by far one of the best in Freetown. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is attentive and pleasant.

Variety is needed for Breakfast.

In general it was very good and comfortable. We have enjoyed the most the meals- the food was very good with big portions. The gym was also nice. Most of the reception staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was good to sleep in for a longer stay and we liked the big bathroom.

We had some small animals in the bathroom the first day. Then it was better later. So it could be more clean but it was probably better then any other hotels around.

First room smelled completely like smoke. Second internet was too slow for video calls. Had to buy a local sim to hotspot

The property is beautiful and modern and impeccably clean.
