Основною перевагою даного готелю є те що він має генератор і ти не відчуваєш відключень світла , також те що є ліфт і не потрібно тягнути багаж. Номер чистий і охайний . Сніданки в ресторані дуже смачні.

Готель перевершив всі мої сподівання. Прекрасний та чуйний персонал, тихі та затишні номери, найсмачніші сирники. Обовʼязково повернусь ще)

Шумоизоляция отличная! Тепло, красиво, удобные кровати!
Кровать двухместная из двух матрасов, они разъезжались и была щель :(

Розташування теж хороше досить, поруч із центром
Це був готель без ресепшеоніста.
Більше 5 разів проходили повз ресепшен, майже завжди там були люди, але ніколи не було працівників готелю.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the new part of the building and the room was very modern and comfortable. The location is great, it’s close to the Rynok Square but it’s not as busy and hectic. The view was very nice as well. Love this part of the city. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Definitely great value for money
There were few things that I think could be better, but maybe it’s because it’s 3 star hotel:
- the was no kettle in the room, so you couldn’t even make tea if you wanted to
- there was no bottled water in the room as well
- the daily cleaning didn’t make the bed and was not fixing the room, they were just changing the towels and probably cleaning the bathroom
- the AC was not very strong. It was running on 16 degrees all the time and it was still quite warm in the room

The room is spacious and has a fridge that you can use for your own stuff.
-There was some sand in bed falling from the ceiling :|
-The room wasn't cleaned properly. You could see some stuff left by the previous guests in bathroom.
-Not many channels on the TV.

the rooms were nice and cleaned everyday
water was not replaced at any day in my 2 week stay. there was no coffee maker or waterboiler. the room door could not open completely.

It's my 3rd stay here, I love everything about this hotel. It's clean, stuff is nice, and it's right in the center. They also have breakfast, I've tried it before, it's not bad, compared to other places around this area.

Room was huge! Bathroom was also large. Breakfast was good and the restaurant in this hotel is one of the best in town. Location is perfect - next to a 5 star and 4 star hotels and all major banks, this hotel is 2 blocks away from the old town and itself is located in the historic part of Lviv. There are restaurants, shops, pharmacies, everything within a block or two from there. There is a basement facility that subs as a bomb shelter during the syrens. Also they allow pets which was a major plus for me...
Cant complain about the place. I guess if they could have hotel parking it would be good.

Modern Art Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The location is great, really central but not loud. Excellent WiFi, clean rooms with a nice design, professional staff, fantastic breakfast. I'd love to stay again for longer.
No parking - you'd need to use paid street parking.
